The staff gentlemen when we checked in was awesome. We drove from Montana to Rochester for the Mayo Clinic for our daughter’s surgery, one of 2 surgeries. Long travel be well worth it. The Mayo Clinic discount helps with all the cost. Daniel the other staff member at the front desk was amazing. His words, prayers and compassion outstanding!! Because of him our daughter went into surgery with a positive attitude which helped her so much..

The stairway door on the 2nd floor was hard to turn the knob to open.. that is a fire hazard if people had to escape.

The location was close to clinic and easy to find. Shuttle makes runs to and from here. If you are inclined and strong enough you can even walk to all Mayo campus buildings. Room was clean. Highway was close, so there was some noise from the interstate. That said I had a good nights sleep. I did not get a chance to try the breakfast due to my early appointments, but comments from other gave it a 7 to 8 out of 10. The location offered a 10% at the adjacent Famous Daves, a nice touch, but the food quality of my brisket was very fatty. I would not go back to that Famous Daves. All in all, I would return to the location.

I had fresh towels everyday and the waste baskets were emptied daily. Breakfast was good with a decent variety. Very helpful and nice front desk staff!

I stayed over a week and there was coffee in my room only twice...I had to call the front desk to have them remember to get me some. The sink was NEVER cleaned after I had checked in. I had to fix the toilet chain...gross. There was no Kleenex in the bathroom for the next day. The breakfast area was either half gone, even at an early time, or not put out. I had to ask twice for condiments like peanut butter/jelly. I didn't feel completely safe due to a little drug deal going on in the parking lot on my second nights stay.

This place was great....our room was great....very large and comfy....staff was super going over and above.... breakfast and staff did a great job

There was a dance competition in town....diva dancers were out of control at the pool but it was the entitled dance moms that should have been kicked out!!!! We were there for medical testing and were disappointed in the disrespect from these dancers....we were happy the staff stepped up and helped control the situation.

The room was spacious, queen beds were very comfortable & bedding and pillows were fluffy & perfect. Everything worked great, hot breakfast was a plus & was good, the pool was open until midnight, rooms were very quiet, never heard any other guest unless passing them in the hallway. Famous Dave's is connected in the front and off to the side is a Caribou Coffee which was a bonus. Staff was all very friendly & there were always extra clean towels in the pool area if needed. Also vending & ice machine on each floor which was nice since we were on the 3rd floor.

Wish the elevator was more centrally located, as our room was on the opposite end, however we did have stairs on our side, so only needed to go around to use elevator when we were bringing our stuff up & when we were checking out, so not a huge deal.

Large quiet clean room with a super comfortable bed. Loved the walk-in shower with its handy shelves and grab bar. Very large TV with lots of channels and a handy printed list making it easy to find them. Lots of closet space, very nice kitchenette with a large refrigerator, desk with a chair plus another chair in the room which is convenient for two people. Easy parking, fast elevator, friendly & efficient front desk staff, reasonable price compared with other area lodging.

No complaints at all. We were very happy with our choice for this one-night stay.

Our room TV wasn't working so the front desk lady offered to come up and take a look. When she got there decided it may have not been fixed, because there was issues with it previously. So she said I can switch you rooms, and I asked if we had to come down, she said oh no I will bring new keys to you! She was so awesome! I don't remember her name but she was so nice for doing all that for us! Thank you! It was fun also having the pool to ourselves when we used it!

There is nothing I didn't like about the place! It was close to Mayo clinic where I needed to be!

The timings on the shuttle didn’t quite work for when my appointment was. The thing I didn’t like most was that they cleaned my room before I checked out and threw out my fruit and half chicken sandwich and water before check out time. I was very upset by this and was told that it was their policy to just go through and clean the rooms of everyone who was leaving that day. I told her they should at least wait till checkout time to do that. I was very unhappy with that. Let them know.

The handicap room was great, the hot tub and pool were great, room was clean, spacious, bathroom in room was great and no bugs... The front desk attendant (an asian guy approx. 20-30 yrs old) was very accommodating and helpful with anything we needed.

I requested a wake-up call and never got one, which almost made me late for my Mayo appt. And it's very difficult to reschedule my appt. With the fact that I live in another state about 4 hours away.

I love that the shuttle ran often to take me to the Mayo Clinic and how friendly and helpful the staff was. My bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were perfect. Having the refrigerator and microwave in the room made it very convenient to store and heat up meals. I'm going back for my third visit to the Clinic and will stay here for my third time

My room this time had several broken pieces around the entertainment center that was more than the usual wear and tear I saw in my last room.
