Overall the stay was great. The hotel was nice, staff was really friendly. They accommodated an early check-in which I really appreciated. The restaurant was quiet, but food was good. I also had leftovers from lunch, and needed a plate to warm it up in the microwave in my room, and the front desk associate got me a plate from the kitchen, which was nice. I had appointments at Mayo, and it was about a 17 min walk to my appointments. If you have kids it was maybe 5 blocks to a nice park and playground. I chose this hotel as I didn't want to deal with parking, so it worked out there.

Not really the hotel's fault; but I could hear the neighbors pretty loud and clear. If there was a way for me to keep the fan on with the AC full time, it would've drowned them out. But it was a bit frustrating that the guests came back to their room just as I was going to go to sleep.

Comfortable and clean, well appointed and good desk for work. Restaurant is sufficient, nothing fancy but the food is healthy and tasty. Open for coffee at 6:30am! The staff was super helpful.

Pool and hot tub were closed the entire 5 days I was there. I needed the hot tub for and aching shoulder and I chose this hotel because it had a hot tub. Each day inese told "It will be fixed by tomorrow" disappointing!

I didn’t like the heater in the room was very dirty in the vents. The price compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in was high. It was too bad the whirlpool in the pool area was not working.

We needed a recliner for my dad and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate his needs. The shuttle to the Mayo clinic couldn't be more convenient. Great restauruants within walking distance, too.

We were a little surprised that housekeeping was still at pandemic frequency. We had to procure additional towels, toilet paper and coffee.

The television choices were slim. I didn't want to use my password to access Netflix. For the price they should have included breakfast and coffee.

Convenient location with free shuttle access to Mayo Clinic. The bar area is cozy and the staff was friendly and attentive. Great food at the restaraunt, as well.

Not a fan of bar soap and the flimsy toilet tissue in gthe bathroom.

The tv is mounted on the desk and when swiveled toward the bed, you couldn't see the entire tv.

The air conditioning didn’t work in the first room and the front desk was slow to get someone to look at it. Finally moved us but learned that first room had problems before we arrived. It never should have been given to us. Also billing and payment with booking.com was messed up.

The staff was amazing! The rooms are beautiful and very clean.... very cozy and welcoming. Whoever thought of the bottles in the shower of shampoo and conditioner! GENUIS..... I have very long hair and there's never enough shampoo at other hotels... this is a great Idea.

Shuttle service to Mayo was very helpful. Staff was accommodating.

Room location. Husband has mobility issues. We were quite far from elevator. We're told nothing else was available.
