What I liked about the property the most is the cleanliness.I have never seen a staff that work so well together 24/7 .The management is all on the grounds cleaning up the outside.It smells so good inside the building all the time.The breakfast is hot and ready, fresh muffins oatmeal sausage biscuits w/gravy eggs waffles sausages,orange juice apple juice coffee milk tea so many choices.The staff is friendly and Professional.I love the environment so refreshing and homey feeling. Makes you feel like you are a part of the family❤️❤️❤️ Housekeeping never slow but on top of everything making sure your stay is comfortable and needs are attended to for your room.Fresh clean towels clean crisp white sheets. Clean floors and bathroom .EVERYTHING DESERVES A 💯 plus. I have been here 10 days and I’m still not ready to leave.I love it here and I 💯 percent RECOMMEND “ LaQuinta Inn Hotel Canton Mississippi for your next stay.

I wish the pool was heated 🔥🔥😂😂

Options for breakfast were acceptable, location was fine.

I didn’t like the communication, I had called a week before the trip to ask for early check-in and was basically rushed off the phone saying they couldn’t do anything until check in. We drove 6 hours from Alabama, arrived at 11:00 am had an event to attend at 2pm but couldn’t check in until 3, mind you I booked 4 rooms. I feel the courtesy to check in early should have been extended but wasn’t so we won’t book again.

Location, perfect right off 55. The rooms have been remodeled and didn't have a musty odor. Great deal for the price.

The computer at the "business center" did not work. The iron in our room didn't work, we asked the clerk if we could get another iron. He stated he checked a few and they didn't work either. We asked if he could get one from another room, he said the rooms were all booked for the night. I went online to reserve a room and there were over a dozens room available and there were only 6 cars in the whole parking lot!! So he straight out lied to us about being booked, this was on the night of June 8th. We had an important event the next day and my husband needed a shirt ironed. We ended up going to Walmart to buy one!!!

What I liked about the property was its location having easy access to shopping food and restaurants.The property was super clean at all times inside and outside.

The only thing I would haves additionally wanted was to have the pool heated but that’s just a personal thing.The property did provide a nice pool it just wasn’t heated😎

Room was clean and quiet

Myself and 4 other parties waited over 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in. There was no one anywhere in site. The desk phone kept ringing but no one answered it, When the man finally showed up he didn’t speak, kept a cell phone to his ear & just pointed to what he wanted from us or to do. Next morning a nice man was there for check out but the other man was still there also

clean and decent

we were there for the Canton Flea market and all of the hotels, including this one, jack up the prices for the night before. They shouldn't be allowed to do that

it was mostly clean, staff was nice and accepted last minute booking but the toilets were stained and the sink was cracked, lots of lint on the sheets and thin blanket , otherwise it was a great price and a good night sleep.

I didn't attend breakfast

The man at the front desk with the cut on his face had a bad attitude. His service sucks. We got into an argument, he point his finger in my face. Luckily I didn't break it. Overall the room and building was on point.

The staff was wonderful. Would definitely stay again. I forgot medication in the refrigerator so when I called the staff got it for me and had it waiting when I got back there.
