The desk lady was very friendly and inviting. She was very helpful in the breakfast area to get us more forks and refill the hot food trays with fresh hot food. The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was awesome with great shower pressure. We appreciated the adjoining rooms so we could all still be together. We had ample room in the parking lot to park our truck and trailer.

We didn’t have any complains for this stay.

Convenient, good staff, good amenities. The spa was out, which seems to be a pattern at most hotels with spas. Breakfast was very good and staffing handling the breakfast was OUTSTANDING.

The toilet in room 117 was stained by continuous water flow. Someone should replace the flapper valve and get a better seal. Then clean the toilet to remove the stains. It turns the experience negative when the toilet looks that bad. Makes you look for what else is not so well maintained.

The breakfast was excellent for a motel. The staff all were sweet, helpful and informative. I asked for a room on ground level and extra effort by staff helped me secure that. Was very much appreciated. Close to food, both grocery and restaurants.

The pricing was a bit more, but all in all worth it considering the location and cleanliness.

All of the staff went above and beyond to make my stay with them, the BEST! They made you feel important, compfortable, safe, and at home, as if you were family. Always clean and accomodating to their guests. The breakfast was always good and had a personal touch. It was a nice change from some places that I have stayed on my travels. Keep doing the good things do for everyone! Looking forward to seeing you again soon... Thank you, Suzanne Humphrey

I was extremly disappointed that the pool was under contruction and was not informed. I had planned to take my 3 month old grandson in the pool for the first time. That was time that we had planned during our stay, to be at the pool. NO CENTRAL AIR!! Are you kidding me? It was never posted on their website or 3rd party websites! That is not fair to all of us that booked rooms. It isnt the staffs fault, and were great even thought they had to deal with ALL the complaints. They made us feel as comfortable regardless of the problems. Someone up the chain of Best Western didnt update the information. I would have their ASS fired. I was so upset with being misinformed, I'm surprised you had anyone stay.

Waffles were really good, we loved the waffles. The eggs chewey and the potatoes blank and rubbery and the sausage just flabby, but everything else really good!!

Just the price was more than I wanted to pay. But the room was very clean. There was on little spot on my blanket and black marks on the sheets so I slept in the other bed with my daughter

The staff has been great very friendly and helpful to accommodate our needs during our stay . From our first time staying at the hotel. And so far we have been satisfied with everything every time we have stayed there . Only thing is the pool has been down all summer and it would be nice to enjoy the pool since the weather has been in the 80 s and the 90 for the last few weeks….

Stella's is always good!

I think the bathroom area needs a door to separate it from the sink area. With it being open only one person can use it at a time and that is inconvenient when traveling with friends.

Great breakfast choices and presentation. The food was delicious. The room had plenty of lamps and plug-ins for recharging electronics. The refrigerator and microwave were in good working condition.

The room faces a McDonald's so there was a lot of activity and lights. The black out curtains work well but I usually like to sleep with the window cracked and the shades open enough for sunlight to wake me.

Perfectly located en route to Beartooth Pass close to restaurants and Albertson’s. The manager allowed us to park our two motorcycles under the canopy for safety reasons. The room was super clean and the beds were very comfortable.
