The room was very nice -- comfy bed, cute decor. The breakfast was the typical waffles, fruit, muffins, etc. The lodge area was lovely and homey. They had two sweet little dogs, so it gave it a nice, familiar feel. Also. I appreciated that the strong sulfur odor you get at some hot springs wasn't an issue here, even though their pools are inside.

My only complaint was that the room and the lodge/breakfast area were really cold. They had baseboard heaters , bur even turned up full blast, I don't think our room ever got above mid-60s. The dining area was also uncomfortably cold. You needed to wear a jacket while eating. There was a fireplace that was nice for ambiance, but it didn't actually heat the dining area.

It’s a Lodge. It was exactly what we expected. Nothing fancy, but all of our expectations were met. The natural spring pools were clean and nice. There was no WiFi or tv reception, but that was part of the experience. We had nice visits with other lodgers. The staff was accommodating and enjoyable.

There wasn’t a place to dine on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Might have planned a little differently if we had known that. There is a bar down the road, but we didn’t feel like going back of that. Luckily we had enough snacks to get us through til breakfast.

The hotsprings and breakfast were perfect. The view was also very nice. The staff was super friendly and the beds were pretty comfy.

The room wasn't very clean. There was trash under the beds and a bug in the sink and the tub had a lot of dirt in it. There also was not much light in the room. The TV was not set up very well either. All bearable things but I think it would benefit to be a bit more diligent with upkeeping the rooms a bit better.

Gorgeous location! Easy access. Pools were great…Long hours of availability, no limit to time in the pools! They had ice water available all day long! Great recommendation for dinner at a lodge up the road, since the restaurant on the property was closed.

Breakfast bar was lacking….they mixed cold cereals, couldn’t be sure you’d get GF cereal. Only 1 pkg of oatmeal. No butter for on the delicious waffles. A few bananas were available as the fruit. Biscuits & sausage gravy was good! Small room but we were told an upgrade was available. The information should say the restaurant next door has limited hours until Memorial Day.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The lodge room was clean and smelled nice. It was peaceful and quiet for the weekend. The scenery was beautiful, with a few little walking paths. We enjoyed the hot springs + pools for guests, and even hit the disc golf course! We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything about this place is amazing. No phone service, horrible wifi...its an escape back in time and away from the modern world.

The only thing I would like to see is more options for breakfast...maybe some bacon and or sausage. Perhaps some potatoes.

The gal at front desk was over accommodating. And then when I checked out I forgot my purse. The gentleman who was house keeping returned to me my purse. That he’d left alone until I returned for it. HE WAS THE ABSOLUTELY MOST HONORABLE HOUSEKEEPER ANYONE COULD ASK FOR. I WILL RETURN VERY SOON TO STAY.

No complaints

The remote location was wonderful. When needed we had internet access in our room.

The bed was not as comfortable, had some sags. Breakfast is ok, but could use some variety. The information on the web site is not the same as when you check in. Pets allowed, check in time etc.

Quite remote but nice to be unplugged!, would have liked to stayed longer! Ride horses, hike trails. Nice mineral spring soak. Good breakfast. Nice family place and pet friendly

Curtains were a bit askew and hanging off a bit. Could have used housekeeping for more washcloths, towels

Great historical location and plenty of retro “lodge” character. Hot springs are lovely. Staff helpful. Very relaxed vibe here. Restaurant was very good.

The bathroom area needs better lighting. The corner that the toilet is in is especially dark.
