The room was right at the intersection of the main lobby hallway and the rear exit, so it had a lot of noise from people arriving late and leaving early. I had a dog with me and the extra sudden noise and talking caused both the dog and I to be up a lot that night as I didn't want her to bark. It was a rough night for us. The other 12 hotels we had stayed at on our long road trip did not have this problem. Room 114 is probably not a good room for anything other than the most mellow of dogs. I turned on the HVAC to help mask the noise, but since the fan couldn't be made to run continuously, the noise of the fan starting and stopping added to the disrupting noise. Other than that, the room, staff, and facility were just fine.

Staff was helpful and flexible with our last minute stay. Room was clean, bed was reasonably comfortable and the whole place was surprisingly quiet for being so close to the freeway. It was our only option and by the time we got in we were just thankful to have a quiet clean bed.

We had to stay as a last minute emergency there was only smoking rooms available. Nothing that could be helped on their end. Carpets seemed like they had seen better days.

I didn't really do the breakfast. It looked good though. I'm just not a breakfast eater so that's why. The location was good. It was not all far from the places that I needed to go. I appreciated everything that I needed was around me.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I never had any issues. It was perfect.

When I first approached the counter the girl juat looked at me and then her computer then looked at me again. She never said a greeting. I had to break the silence. Should have said "May I help you"

Breakfast was lite, healthy, and the room was excellant in everyway. The location just off the exit, w/ food, gas, casino, and pet facilities out the back door

All of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Housekeeping was also excellent.

I would have preferred more options for breakfast. It felt a bit like they were afraid people would take too much so they only put out a little at a time, so there wasn’t much to choose from.

the convenience to the highway and the staff was very friendly to talk with and helpful even remembering my name

looked messy in the back parking lot because of the squatters but the staff was trying everything they could to fix that legally
