My room was clean and in very good condition. It was middle of the road price wise compared to other places in town. However, it had better reviews than other places in its price range. Staff set me up on the top floor away from the highway so I'd have a more peaceful stay.

Didn't love the parking situation. Very small parking lot that filled with trucks pulling trailers. Never seen such a small lot for a hotel before. You can only park in front of the hotel. No parking behind or on the sides. Side entrances/exits exist for fire code reasons I'm sure. But they're not convenient since you can't park near them.

Staff was great

We paid extra for our small dog, the fee wasn't is not in question. But when our dog was able to find small candy wrappers & other items that weren't cleaned up - that part is in question - if our dog got sick & had to go to a veterinary clinic would you have covered the costs??

I am with AARP and was told that night that it reflect on my bill. When I checked out they couldn’t get the printer to work so left without seeing if I was billed different. They said they would email it and I didn’t see any difference on the bill. My complaint is don’t tell me there will be a credit if you can’t do it

The refrigerator was very large and the room was very clean. TV and stove were fine. We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed every day. If we go again, we will stay again.

The staff was very accommodating as we needed to check in a couple hours early. They also upgraded our room at no cost and the room was absolutely spotless. The bed was so comfortable and was nice to have a kitchenware in the room.

There was a kitchenette in the room but there were no kitchen supplies whatsoever. None. If someone is traveling how and why would they have plates, pans and other kitchenware.

The microwave and refrigerator, we did not use the cooktop. The bathroom was roomy as was the whole room.

The bed was a bit hard for my taste, medium memory foam would probably suit most guests. The front desk gal could have greeted us with a smile and a more pleasant attitude.

Perfect (renovated), clean hotel next to the highway I-90 but also next to a hiking trail (good for dogs). Good fair prices (not overpriced like many other hotels nowadays. Quiet rooms . Nearby Missoula city center (with car)

No breakfast

We were accommodated for a second night when my wife was not well.

The price- this was the most expensive hotel in our 2 week visit to USA. Should include breakfast. Also, the kitchen should be stocked with utensils, most of us don’t travel with cookware and dishes.

Everything was clean and new looking. There’s a full size fridge and freezer, toaster, hot plate, etc. I especially appreciated the tiny dish soap bottle, in addition to the regular hotel shampoo, etc.

The temperature in the room was set to 60F and freezing. The curtain doesn’t block out all the light, so the sun will wake you up. you definitely need to bring your own dishes and cooking utensils if you want to actually cook here, but there are some for sale in the shop by reception.

the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

I was there for 7 days and the sheets and towels were never changed.
