The room was modern and clean. A lot of thought was put into the design of the room to make it comfortable and efficient. The bed was comfortable and soft and firm pillows were provided. It had a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The breakfast was included and had a different egg dish daily, sausage, bacon, cereals, fruits, biscuits and gravy, a variety of breads, sweet rolls, and a machine that made fresh pancakes. There were several restaurants within walking distance: Dairy Queen, McDonalds, Taco Time, Montana Club, Chicago Speakeasy, A free shuttle was provided for transportation to the airport.

Breakfast was very good. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The shower had lots of hot water. We were quite satisfied with our room and our stay.

The only negative issue was a semi-truck parked on the street next to the hotel. This truck was idling well past 10 pm, and was distracting as we were trying to get to sleep for an early start in the morning. We recognize this isn't the fault of the hotel, but perhaps the hotel staff could find a way to discourage or prohibit trucks from parking and idling right next to your hotel.

We were disappointed with the check-in. They did not have a record or our reservation and after significant time and several tries…and almost giving up, they found the reservation. AHA! Why? We even had the printed confirmation from booking the reservation (yes i still print for backup) and that at least kept them looking for our reservation. Not sure if I will use it again. We’ve used it twice and both times had trouble checking in.

The staff was super friendly and understanding when I had some clients have a flight cancellation. I cant express how grateful I am with how the staff easily assisted me and my group with the additional overnight. They went over snd beyond! I would absolutely book at this hotel in the future!!! Great breakfast spread as well!

Nothing - I had a great stay!

I brought a group from NY to tour around SW Montana. The entire staff was so very accommodating and kind! I would highly recommend staying here for that alone! Great breakfast spread, tidy rooms, great location for airport arrivals/departures!

Everything was fantastic!

I love it. My favorite part was the bed, breakfast and the front desk gal. She was great dealing with my four teenage girls. I melted into the king bed and slept like a baby. Breakfast had enough options to fit every picky child perfectly.

I think the hot tub should be for only adults I was sitting in the hot tub by myself and three little kids got in it’s very uncomfortable and also they think it’s a baby pool

Updated facilities

When i brought up that something was broken in the room. The front desk staff did seem interested to be bothered to know more. It was inconvenient for us but we were there for a short while

the breakfast was ok and bathroom was very clean and the beds were great.

I think the breakfast could have used something more. Can't remember but it lacked choices. Candy and chips were minimal.
