The hotel was clean and in a very nice location. The restaurant was fantastic. If you come here be sure to get their trout.

I was a little disappointed with our room. The way it was laid out it had a living room on the entry floor. And there was a bedroom upstairs (they're also another room with two single beds in it upstairs). That was all fine, more than what we needed. The main problem is that the bedrooms are upstairs and that the bathrooms are on the first floor. Very inconvenient running upstairs and downstairs and upstairs and downstairs and upstairs and downstairs to go to the bathroom.

Staff was excellent all around and the lodge was extremely clean and comfortable. The food was delicious in the restaurant and bar drinks very good. I was impressed with how friendly and welcoming the staff was to us. The setting is beautiful overlooking a golf course on the back side and the back porch areas all have small propane fireplaces with throws to keep warm and comfortable lounge chairs and sofas to relax.

This hotel is amazing so cute and comfy all staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The beds are so comfy and the shuttle any time you want into whitefish town centre is brilliant at night time even though its not a far walk its great to have a lift in and out whenever you like.

Firstly, nothing will turn me off returning here it's a gorgeous hotel. Just know the bar closes at 9 quiet early if you want to have a few drinks and enjoy the fire pits. Also I hate to say but I would have my meals especially breakfast outside or the hotel so many nicer places in whitefish better value also. But definitely recommend to stay here.

Everything was perfect! We had a great time, and the kids had a great time! Rooms were very comfortable, the beds are to die for. The staff was wonderful and friendly and those housekeepers were amazing keeping our room fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay we really appreciate all of you.

The elevator broke down but we were given a coupon for breakfast the next morning to make up for it, so that was very appreciated and worth the walking up and down the stairs. There werent any microwaves in the rooms, so that was unfortunate because it would have been nice to work up the leftovers we had. Lastly the fridge in our room wasnt staying cold.

My family stayed here in January and the hotel had a fun, winter lodge vibe with a large fireplace, super comfy couches and hot tea/coffee/cider at reception. If you're from a winter place, this might not be a big deal, but for me, reading a book in front of a warm fire, drinking hot tea with snow falling outside was really such a perfect experience! The rooms were very comfortable and the outdoor area (which had a fire) was nice as well. All the staff was friendly and helpful and the free shuttle to the town was really nice to have.

The kettle in the room was a coffee maker which is probably just fine for most guests but I really don't like the flavor of coffee and it did mean that all hot water had a coffee flavor. But most people are probably just using it for coffee, so that's kind of a me problem. But other than that, my stay was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at Grouse Mountain Lodge! Was the perfect getaway for our family to enjoy the festivities and skiing at Whitefish. The staff were always helpful and friendly, the gym well set up with great equipment, pool and outdoor hot tub perfect for relaxing and pampering. The restaurant was accommodating for our group of 9 people, to squeeze us in with a last minute reservation request. Thank you! We’ll look forward to our next visit and recommend your lodge to family and friends!

It would've been nice to be offered a discounted rate on our first night due to the heater in one of our room being broken overnight. It also took a few hours the next day for maintenance to repair/replace the heater so that was a bit of inconvenience. All in all we were satisfied with the prompt and friendly service we received!

Location was perfect. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms were large and the bed was comfortable. Shuttle service was perfect for skiing or going down town. Restaurant was great.

The hockey team staying there really took up all of the common areas including restaurant and had 9 plus kids running the halls ruining a leisurely time for others. No wine glasses or an extra blanket in the room.

The restaurant and our server were excellent! I had two of the best manhattans I’ve ever had and the wild game bolognese tagliatelle could not have been better! Having said that, many of the finishes in both the rooms and the common areas were very outdated. All in all though, we were very happy with the property and would definitely recommend it!

Outdated finishes and furnishings.

Perfect experience. Beautiful lodge, free shuttle to town, large open rooms with comfortable beds and a high pressure shower. Indoor pool, sauna, and outdoor jacuzzi. I will never stay anywhere else when in the area. 45 minutes from glacier, no pet fee, delicious restaurant in hotel. Exceptional service from staff. One of the best hotel experiences of my life. Highly recommend!

Just being nit picky as it was a perfect stay, but breakfast buffet could have been a bit more for the price.

Every motel and hotel around Kalispell was so expensive during the season, so for the similar pricing we ended up with this one for our visit to Glacier NP's Logan Pass area. Great, quaint environment and scenic view. The room was large and comfortable for four of us. Two washbasins in room, one inside bathroom, another one outside. There were pool, spa, free ice water & coffee, and more.

I wished breakfast could be included for 300 per night.
