Such a clean and good looking hotel! Susanne (Suzan) not too sure how to spell her name made our stay absolutely amazing. She was so kind and went above and beyond with her generosity. All the staff I came across was friendly , but she definitely made it worth it!

I wish there was more breakfast options , like even frozen sandwiches or something lol, but I also didn’t necessarily “dislike” anything about the property , great place!

Conveniently located on one of the main thoroughfares of this small city. The hallways and general premises are kept clean and maintained. During a winter stay, it snowed twice — and the parking lot and entrance were kept clear.

The cable/satellite TV system has somewhat limited offerings.

I most liked room 127 & the convenience to the outdoors as well as how it was kind of tucked in its own corner. I really like that room, I also extremely appreciate Susanne (suzan) I may be misspelling her name , but I appreciated her kindness. She’s great at her job!

I would like more options for breakfast, but also that’s just more a suggestion , I didn’t mind going to get my own.

The staff was very nice and the property had everything we needed. Our purpose for this booking was to shower and sleep. The AC worked great and we were able to sleep soundly for the few hours a night we spent there.

The only gripe I have is that our key cards needed reprogrammed every single day. Even though we were staying in the same room for three nights, every time we came back to the room late at night upon finishing our jobs, we had to go to the desk to get them programmed again.

The front desk staff when I checked in, went to the room I was given found something broken and dirty the front desk clerk gave me a clean working room instead

We were visiting family nearby, so the location was great for us. We were greeted with a friendly welcome and our reservation was just as we had booked it. The whole facility was clean, including our room and everything in the room (TV, HVAC, lights) worked. Very comfortable bed. The price was very competitive. Plenty of parking. Various shops and restaurants are nearby.

The breakfast room was meager ... a poor assortment of celophane wrapped rolls, two kinds of cereal, and waffles. The oj needed to be diluted. The coffee however was good.

The front desk people, especially Kim were so helpful to accommodate me with a lower level room which I very much needed . Thank you everyone 💓

The cleanliness and it being updated.

The large TV looked fantastic but every channel we tried was buffering. After many times of trying we finally figure out the system. It might be a good idea to leave instructions in every room.

Conveniently located on a main highway. Did receive a main level room.

The entrance located nearest our room was open the entire night, but the front door was locked to anyone coming in after 10:00!?!

The breakfast was good. There was a variety of items available. The waffles were good. The yogurt was fresh and chilled nicely. The coffee was hot and tasted good.

It would have been nice to have some fresh fruit as a choice and bagels would have been great.
