For a first time staying at this property, it surpassed our expectations. The property is very clean and located on East Harmon, not on the Strip, but very close to other hotels like Aria, Cosmopolitan or Vdara. Our room was clean, comfortable and with a nice view of The Sphere and the Eiffel Tower of the Paris Vegas Hotel. The gym is one of the best we've seen and has enough equipment to fulfill your fitness needs. The complementary Starbucks coffees each day on the property were a big plus. The biggest incentive here is that there are no casinos in this hotel so it's not overcrowded with people passing by.

I wish they would have more restaurants onsite.

The greeter accused my fiancé and I of being in alcohol because we picked up a sandwich from Jimmy John’s and a soft drink before coming to the hotel. The drink was in the bag for easy carry with our luggage. We explained that and he continued to pester us about it through pointless jokes. We make it to our room and there were unclean sheets on the bed. The texting service made it easy to request for clean sheets and out of the four provided two were still unclean.

The location was the reason why I booked the hotel, bang on the Central Vegas Strip, next to Planet Hollywood and opposite Bellagio fountains, so it didn't disappoint at all. We were lucky to get a room with partially good views, our room was the corner most one on Level 11 - one side had the Vegas Grand Prix Plaza and the other side had The Sphere and parking lot views. The room was fairly spacious for a Junior Suite, one bedroom and one sitting room which had a small dining table and sofa-cum-bed. Multiple TVs, good working AC, mini kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, mini-fridge, cutlery and plates, cups, glasses), the bathroom was spacious enough. What we liked were 2 cupboard spaces in the room which helped stacking clothes of the family. Couple of other great points which we liked - The complimentary Laundry facilities were a life-saver in the swelting 40C heat including the complimentary washing detergents, 1 complimentary voucher per day for coffee/bottled water (2 coffees or bottles per day), closeness to PH Casino, Miracle Mile shops and restaurants, the pool. The staff were really awesome, had a smile always and were always helpful. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze and most importantly, our requested for a late check-out was accepted with 2 extra hours of stay before an 18.5 hours of flight time later in the evening, so overall a grand experience with Elara and will definitely stay again.

Given that Vegas in summer hits 44C/115F, the bare minimum that room service can give is 2 free bottled water for each guest in the room per day, as water from the taps were not very safe to drink. Though they had a water fountain at the reception level next to the restroom, bottled water would have been handy and a nicer touch. Another major miss was that there were no USB ports in the entire hotel or rooms. They had plenty of power outlets, but every outlet was for US power cables and no consideration for international travelers. Given the Vegas has a major footfall of international travelers, this is a no-brainer need in the rooms.

Our room with the floor to ceiling windows was WOW! The bed was so so comfy along with the luxurious pillows. The mini kitchen came in handy several times. They offer self parking, that was a real plus. Every staff person we came in contact with was very friendly. The fitness center is first class my husband was in heaven. The laundry room with plenty of washers & dryers, Awesome!

The line and wait to check, we waited in line for 45 minutes and that's just too long. The was the only negative we experienced our entire stay. Maybe one more......the hottub was closed for an entire day and that was a bummer.

AMAZING! It's our new favorite for sure. You get the views and closeness to the Strip but without the Casino which for many might be a nuisance, especially at night. We had one of the suites with amazing views and kitchen facilities.

The hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable if you're looking to dive into the excitement of the Las Vegas Strip and hop from casino to casino! Plus, the fact that there's no casino inside the hotel means you can retreat to a peaceful and quiet oasis after a long day of adventure. With an array of restaurants, bars, and a 24/7 supermarket just steps away, there's never a dull moment!

During our recent check-in at the hotel, we encountered a patronizing attitude from the front desk receptionist, "Felicia," when she was unable to locate our booking in the system. Her demeanor seemed condescending, as if she were explaining procedures to a first-time hotel guest. Despite an offer of assistance from a colleague, she declined and insisted on handling the situation herself. Given the reputation of the Hilton brand, I had expected a higher standard of customer service. I would like to acknowledge the pleasant demeanor of the remaining staff, including those at the pool and security.

Never came to make our bed regardless of our phone calls and messages.

Front desk staff need a refresher in customer service. Very little effort welcoming guests…unless they are trying to sell you timeshares. Valet staff are extremely gratuity focused. Interesting that my front tyre suddenly had no air when I didn’t tip the Valet on one occasion….despite having tipped generously every other time!

Everything I felt safe with the security to your room floor the comfort of the room very spacious. I’ve even had a Maid service to show me how to work the microwave. Everyone is friendly from the customer service at the front , bell service. Parking garage, I had a wonderful time, I’d love to come back

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like if I had to say something the combination of the washer/dryer machine was a little confusing, but that wasn’t a dealbreaker

The property is excellent located just inside Miracle Mile shops and restaurants in the middle of the Strip, at walking distance to all major casinos! Excellent beds, rooms, wifi, baths, jacuzzi in room, services, towels and astonishing view of Paris-Vegas, Caesars Palace and other casinos, especially in evenings! Excellent pool and amenities! Bonus 2 waters/cafe per day and 150 $ if you attend to a presentation of 1:30 hours!
