A Hidden Gem in West Hampton – Highly Recommended! I stay at the Baymont by Wyndham in West Hampton often, and every time I’m reminded why I keep coming back. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a young lady at the front desk who is not only professional and efficient but also incredibly sweet and welcoming. She sets the tone for a great stay. I also want to mention Raul, who is always helpful, friendly, and tech-savvy – a great guy who goes out of his way to make sure guests are comfortable. There’s also an older gentleman, possibly Indian, who works there. He’s very polite, respectful, and ensures the service runs smoothly. Housekeeping is top-notch – the rooms are always clean, fresh, and well-maintained. Everyone on staff is courteous and makes you feel at home. One thing to note is that the rooms are kept very simple and minimal – no cups, coffee makers, or utensils provided. It’s not a big deal, just something to be aware of if you like to have those extras. Personally, I don’t mind – the clean and comfortable space more than makes up for it. And the incidentals fee is one of the lowest around, which is a major plus. For the price, the quality you get is hard to beat. If you're traveling through or staying in the West Hampton area, I highly recommend the Baymont. Great service, clean rooms, and a welcoming staff – what more could you ask for?

No plastic cups in room

We were there just for stop-over going on our way to washington. Location is near the main highway and easy to find. There is a free parking. Once we did the checkin the guy at the reception told us that they had overbooking and the last room they had, the TV was not working and instead of 1 king bed we would get 2 king beds. Automatically he told us that we would get a discount for that so we accepted it and we appreciated that they took that in consideration beforehand. As we were there just to sleep, we didn't have any issues. Rooms are big and we find it clean. Good value for money.

I was there 4 years ago and everything was very pleasant and clean. Now it is all remodeled very modern. We enjoyed our stay very much. Service was outstanding! Love the remodel!! Close to everything that we needed to go to. Will always stay there when coming back to NJ.

Just didn’t like the dogs staying there. People bringing their loved pets and then going out on their adventures and leaving them in the rooms all day. Dogs crying and barking. On 1st floor towards the higher room numbers going towards side door really smelled like pets. I would hope the pet rooms are limited to one area especially when they are left all alone in the rooms. Just wanted to get all of them and take them out to play instead of being locked up in rooms.

It was sparkling clean, everything worked, and the staff (save one) was beyond exceptional. Kudos to Mike the Maintenance Guy for being on top of everything and for being a heck of a nice guy!

I would have preferred a Coca Cola vending machine and sweet-n-low for the coffee, but these are minor silly things. The only thing that actually put me off was hearing a loud, rude male employee yelling expletives early in the morning, complaining about his job collecting the trash and the “m***f**** trashy”hotel guests. It was unsettling and uncomfortable. If not for him I would give this hotel all the stars.

I had a good experience here with my son. I stayed for one night on the first floor. The room was clean and looked modern. I did not smell smoke or marijuana like I read in other reviews, but it could be because I was on the main floor. I would stay again.

There was some door slamming and I heard what I assumed to be a cop at 2:45am yell POLICE DEPARTMENT twice, but that’s not really the hotel’s fault. There were some bathroom cloths with minor stains, but you can simply just ask the front desk for replacements. I had 4 extra sets of cloths and towels, so it wasn’t a big deal.

Friendly staff--good breakfast--good location. We were three in my room, the beds were too small for two people, so I requested a room with a king bed and a roll away and had to pay about 17 dollars extra. The rooms were clean but had no Kleenex tissues and only one roll of toilet paper. We called the front desk and were told that the hotel was at capacity and they were short of paper goods--so the clerk supplied us with paper napkins??? Otherwise, OK

Property is close to many restaurants like applebees cracker barrel and walking distance to Ihop Target, complementary breakfast is okay. I like the waffle maker and coffee is available 24/7. Value I paid for the hotel is worth it. cheapest in town. The 50usd deposit was returned to me the next day after checkout

I hope housekeeping should be compulsary. Although they mentioned that you have to inform housekeeping 24 hours in advance. but I believe hotels should do this automatically. we stayed there for 4D 3N and have used the same towels. cleaning should be improved. hallway smells like I can't describe it literally it's not stinky but something like an Old smell

The room was a nice size. The bathroom was huge and the lighting in the bathroom was great. The window treatment was excellent- it did a fabulous job of keeping out the daylight. The breakfast was excellent: real scrambled eggs, toast, bagels, cream cheese, waffles, sweet cakes,apple and orange juice and, of course, excellent coffee (including espresso!). Kudos to the kitchen lady (very friendly and chatty)!

The door had huge gaps around the border allowing in too much hallway light. The other patrons on my end of the hall were not very courteous about being quiet. The floor outside the breakfast area, near the business center needed to be swept clean of dried, caked mud (probably from the shoes of the construction workers that were also staying there).

The room was great for a single traveler staying for a couple weeks. I appreciated the space of the room and the location (near plenty of restaurants and grocery options).

The shower faucet leaked unless you turned the temperature knob to a certain position. The buffet breakfast had few options for food.

Location was perfect for where I had to go.

Cleaning staff put a dirty cleaning towel in my room for me to use. All other towels were brand new but not washed, so nothing but lint on me after I dried off.
