Beautiful and very convenient hotel! The woman who checked me in was super sweet and helpful and had the cutest towel arrangements.

The staff at the end apparently didn't communicate with who I spoke with via the Hilton app. We were approved for a later check out but at 1205 had someone banging on the door for us to get out. I had to call the front desk to confirm we had a late check out. It was a small inconvenience that didn't leave the best taste in my mouth.

Everything except the $75 pet fee per pet. I already pre paid for the room and couldn’t get a refund. When we checked in we found out there is a $75 per pet fee which seems rather high and there was nothing we could do at that point but pay it.

Pet fee was very high. However, we only saw two other pets which made it rather lovely to walk around the property without having a bunch of crazy pets running around like some places have.

The thoughtfulness of personal travel with amenities for kitchen, storage, lighting, amenities is very evident in the general method of operation for Home2 Suites.

Not actually the fault of the motel, but in the evening we were forced to complain about a barking dog in the adjacent room. The noise subsided about 30 minutes later but the next morning we had a reoccurrence. Not pleased with a repeat of the same situation. Also, the breakfast of pre-packaged food items does not yield the most desireable tastes. Please go back to a pan of eggs and a pan of different proteins.

This hotel is very new. It was clean and the rooms appointed with very functional furniture. We had a double queen bed room. There was a kitchenette with microwave, glasses, cutlery, tableware, along with a rolling table, large couch, office desk, office chair, ottoman, coffee table. Spacious room with a desk that spanned the full length of the room and plenty of space for bags and suitcases, even though we traveled light. It was so convenient my kids wanted to move in. The staff are incredibly kind, polite, and courteous. At breakfast the staff even got out specific cereal for my children when they had run out up front. They even allowed us to borrow sleds to use at White Sands National Park as opposed to having to purchase or rent them at a nearby store. If you're visiting the national park or Alamogordo, there's really only place you should stay. I just wish I could get this experience at other cities/places I visit from now on.

Spacious and VERY well-equipped rooms. I only stayed one night, but the hotel seems more oriented toward multi-night stays, and the idea of spending a few nights there sounds great.

I will never, ever like the sliding barn doors on bathrooms, period, but even setting that aside the one in my room was a bit stubborn. Rates were just a bit high.

The staff was efficient and friendly. The breakfasts were great. We hiked White Sands the first full day there and the next day the staff asked us how it went and how we liked it. Of course, we liked it, but were surprised that they remembered that's what we were doing. Very personal and friendly. We felt right at home. In fact, my friend said she was moving from Tucson to Alamagordo, but I told her she couldn't live permanently at the Hilton2Homes Suites.

Nothing could have been better.

It was the best hotel room we have ever had. Really cozy and plenty of room, shelves and counter space. The best part was that we could have our pets and they were welcome rather than tolerated.

At first we were really impressed by the breakfast spread, however, we later decided it was too complex. Some days there were things we needed like almond milk. Other days it wasn't available. Things couldn't be stocked properly as people came in because it all had to be prepped. For example, a big thing of scrambled eggs would have been easier and more appealing than individual omelets that were either unavailable (due to the kitchen) or overcooked from sitting there so long. There was also no signage to know what stuff was or what ingredients were in it. Even the brown sugar had cinnamon hidden in it. Kinda risky for allergies.

Cleanliness and comfort. Would ever come back even the location, it a little bit far from restaurants and food locations, you need to take the car. With car is about 5 minutes but it's worth

The carpet smells a little like Vakuum Cleaner if you step into,, but if you're in you don't smell it anymore

I liked pretty much everything about this property. You name it, they had it. The room itself was larger than even many of the higher scale rooms I’ve stayed at in other major properties like JWMarriott and Vegas resorts. The bed was exceptionally comfy, there was a self service laundry on site, and a full breakfast in the morning included. An exceptional value for the money.

Nothing. I’ll continue to look for this hotel chain in future travels and give it top priority.

This hotel is meant as an extended stay kind of place. It is convenient to White Sands NP, so we decided to give it a try. The bed was super comfortable and the place is very clean. Breakfast was a little weak compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in. Overall a solid choice for a safe, comfortable nights sleep at a fairly inexpensive price point.
