it was clean, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. It was quiet during appropriate times. Food, stores ect. are all close by. If I could say one thing I didn't like it was having to call for someone to come and then wait for them to check in. I got their at 11pm no one was in the office. There is a phone on the wall outside it rang a little while until someone answered and I waited 10-15 minutes till they came. Didn't feel real safe waiting there. Besides that it was great. I will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Alamagordo to visit my daughter.

Property was great. It has a stove an a fridge, that helps a lot with saving money an having a home cooked meal! The rooms have pans plates silverware an cups dish soap just about everything to feel at home! Only complaint is the cigarette smoke smell was so over bearing from the other rooms…

The beds are too small an so are the rooms for a family BUT for a couple it would be perfect. Cigarette smell comes through the rooms so easily and it’s by a main road so it is loud..

Every employee I dealt with were helpful & happy to be, even though I didn't check in til 9ish Very clean & comfortable room. 2nd shift guy that checked me in working two jobs was helpful & a fun talk. Solid kid which are hard to cone by in any business!

Remote clicker- Channel change button worked when I got three, but didn't the next morning. Couldn't catch lo al news. Definitely not a fault that could be on staff.

Room wasn't ready by the Check in time. But staff was given a 10% discount and she very friendly. Staff are very greats. Room was good have a little kitchen in it plush big refrigerator. And microwave. I feel comfortable during the stayed. Air condition have to turned to 60 degree to get it running otherwise its will not blow. But staff was very helpful and very friendly.

I wish they would have coffee pot and I wish they would have put shampoo and conditioner and hair dryer in the room. But over all this facility is great. I definitely will return again.

Welllll! For $53 I was just hoping for a clean bed . This little place surprised me. It was very clean! Floors, tub, sheets were nice and tidy. They accept pets with no pet fee! Little kitchenette with some cups and few utensils if you want to cook. Check in was fast and stuff very pleasant. They have laundry and for only $1.75 for washer and 1.75 for a dryer ( and it is large!) you can wash all ur stuff.

Rooms are nice & clean with a kitchenette.

We stayed for a whole week, and not once did we get our room cleaned once. Or get clean towels and toilet paper. That's messed up. I had to go ask for clean towels.

Convenient to laundry facility and the being able to use the machines with an app. Staff was polite and when I got a long distance call one of the staff members brought me the office phone due to not knowing my ringer was not on in my room.

Every time I walked into the restroom it smelled like cigarettes or marijuana always had to keep the door closed smell was coming from the vents

It was clean and the staff were friendly! My only complaint is there was no plug for the bath tub. Everything else was fine

It is very clean and quiet despite the craziness that goes on around this town.

Some of the rooms could use a little fixing or updating. There are tiles broken and loose to stub or cut ur toe :’b aswell as drains clogged. Still clean though very clean
