I felt right at home even though I had never been here before, and this was my first hostel experience! I made myself right at home and used the microwave to reheat leftovers for dinner. The room was cozy and the heater worked perfectly to get the chill out of the air. Blankets were soft and fluffy and plentiful. The mattress on the bed was absolutely divine. It was like sleeping on a literal cloud. I have my truck set up as a camper on the inside of my topper so I can camp out of it when I travel but it was just too cold on this night, so I am glad I chose to stay here as I made my way back home to Texas after spending the week in San Diego.

It was nice and simple, perfect location, and price was good for just a room that i only slept in. It was quiet and the few other people that came through were quiet. Rules were set up all over the house and everyone seemed to fall them fine.

The towels were a little small so if u want bigger towels bring some but other than that nothing.

The hostel was so cute and well-maintained. It is tucked in the mountains but right off the road to Cloudcroft. Instructions and rules were clearly outlined. Will be returning to explore the trails and hopefully when there is less cloud coverage to see the stars!

Everything was up to the mark, the location was perfect. It was not too far from the town but still was very peaceful. Perfect for stargazing from right outside dorm rooms. The dorm rooms were clean provided with clean sheets and towels. The common bathrooms were clean. The kitchen was stocked with basic amenities. Lots of space for parking. The host was very polite and friendly. Feeling like homestay.

Wow this place was great! It was really cozy and had everything you need, and more. The nature outside was stunning and there was a lot of bautiful things around. The service was out of this world, and her dog was a super big and cute bonus! :) Even though the bathrooms were shared, they were very clean. It was a real pleasure to stay here!

The only thing we missed was an AC. But there were fans so it was okay!

A real hidden gem in the mountain! The location is amazing if you are interested in hiking, with a lot of nice trails in close proximity and white sands national park less than an hour away. The hostel is really beautiful, warm and charming, with really nice and clean common areas. The owner is welcoming, helpful and knows the area like her pocket. The beds are comfy and the room was really nice. Hands down one of the very best hostel I've stayed in!

Stephanie, the owner, is really far too humble to name her mountain lodging a hostel. Her property is so well managed, sparkling clean, spacious, colorful and cultured. It reminded me of the design school in Finland, and many nice memories when I traveled in my youth. Look forward to taking the whole family back!

Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

It was just what I needed. A comfortable bed, clean shower that worked and a kitchen to prepare my food. the colors and art were fun.

The water tasted awe full, but I had some with me. I imagine it was well water.

Amazing amazing amazing hostel! Stephanie runs this place like a well oiled machine! She takes the time to reach out to you about everything and has the best customer service. the hostel is super clean and everything is laid out super well. it’s in a beautiful location and I highly highly recommend this place to anyone! we met some super cool people there too and played Yahtzee before heading out to white sands the next day (it’s a 30 min scenic drive)

This place is very clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. kitchen, Room and bathrooms are very clean.

The location is not very close to stores and restaurants.
