The lobby was small and it looked like the continental breakfast was limited, so we went out to eat. The rooms were bright and very clean. The staff at the front desk was very pleasant. This was a great value price for a very nice stay. I would definitely stay here again.

The continental breakfast appeared to be limited, so we chose to eat out for breakfast. I had Direct TV in my room, but I couldn't get it to work. I also had Roku, but I had to activate service on my mobile phone for the TV to work. Customers just want to turn on the TV and not have a complicated process to see TV.

I just needed a nice place to stay for a night while on a roadtrip. I'd stay again if I was passing on through again in the future. The bed was super comfortable and the staff was friendly and efficient. The free breakfast was a satisfactory for the price and kept me full for the long drive 7 hour I had that day.

The toilet made a couple random high pitch noises in the evening, likely due to water tank fillup mechanism. Didn’t ruin my quality of sleep, but I'm positive that the staff would get maintenance to take a look if I'd ask, based on their services as a whole.

Excellent Location. Very close to White Sands National Park. Many restaurants and grocery shops in walking distance. The breakfast was good. The two ladies at the front desk were friendly and courteous. Pretty straight forward check-in process. Clean room.

Even though the check-out time was 11 AM, someone from Housekeeping knocked our door around 9 AM yelling 'HOUSEKEEPING'. This is the first time we experienced housekeeping staff knocking the door this early. The breakfast place is really small for such a big hotel. We had to carry our breakfast to the room because there was no space in the lobby.

The room was surprisingly quiet for a motel style property. The bedding was like a luxury hotel. The pillow top mattresses were new and very comfortable. I slept great, which is saying a lot for a light sleeper. The A/C worked well. And the breakfast was pretty good. The property did honor my request for a top floor away from the road. The staff was friendly.

The property is an older style motel, and the exterior could use an update. The price was somewhat high, but it was worth it because of how well I slept.

The location was fantastic and the rooms were neat and clean. Having accessible parking and tap to enter doors made it easy to offload. Breakfast is offered as well.

Shower leaks out of the tub no matter what you do with the curtains so it floods the floor, and from traveling the country it is more expensive than one would expect for the quality of what you receive.

We had expected a standard motel room for this booking, but were very happy to find that we got a super sized room which was well equipped and sparklingly clean! The bed and pillows were SO comfortable. The staff here obviously take pride in providing a great service. Breakfast (unexpected for us) was continental style and was very good. Location was perfect for travel to and from White Sands NP and close to the city so some retail therapy was easy too!! Would love to recommend this Hotel.

Absolutely nothing!

Beautifully decorated, comfortable (loved the bed) - quiet - seems like their soundproofing is really working. Really enjoyed having a quiet, safe place to stay.

It was great! Can't think of a thing that would have made it better. Our room even had a sofabed that we hadn't expected. Again, very comfortable and clean.

The room was nice and clean. Looked remodeled. Bed was comfortable. Noise level was good in our room.

Coffee was lukewarm and muddy. No extra roll of toilet paper. Bathroom had about 1/2 a roll when we got there and asked for an extra frll. Seems like some of the chains are not leaving an unopened roll of toilet paper. We ran into this at a Quality Inn too.

We only made it to breakfast on Friday, and it was excellent. The manager was able to refill the orange juice when my wife noticed that the juice was watery. The waffle maker is a nice touch, with butter and syrup handy. The beds were comfortable, and the privacy curtains actually covered the window and kept light out.

The clock radio in the room was blinking, and the time was about an hour off. We notified the manager and housekeeping about it. The privacy bar in my son's door was loose, as though someone had tried to remove it by unscrewing one of the interior screws.

They have basic complementary breakfast with decent coffee is the small lobby. The staff is helpful and friendly and the rooms are super nice! The beds are comfy as well. The rooms are clean, and the outdoor areas are well taken care of.

The weird coffee pots in the room make disgusting coffee. Maybe switch the regular coffee pots so people can buy their own coffee
