Location was excellent, 15 minutes away from the White Sands National Park. The Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, with many different options, including healthy butter and yogurt. Bedroom was clean and maintenance seemed good. I also used the business center, which was good and quiet.

Price was a bit high, probably because of the holiday season. But I would definitely stay there again if I go back to Alamogordo. We had an issue with our fridge and lost the food we had bought the night before. But the staff was kind enough to give us a discount to offset that.

Breakfast was outstanding and every single staff member we worked with was professional, kind, and knowledgeable!

There is a nonrefundable pet charge and the hot tub was closed with no prior notification. We would have changed booking to another hotel if he had known in advance. Customers research hotels based on amenities. When a feature is offered and then not available, it comes off as a hate and switch. Just offer a small discount for the inconvenience! A move like that would lock me in to a particular hotel chain, but it’s never offered so we remain in loyal to any chain in particular! Offer the discount.

After traveling across the country several times, this was my best experience with the staff I have ever experienced across the board. Kind, generous, and efficient. Breakfast was fully stocked and delicious. The room was a great size, had all kinds of amenities and was very comfortable. Looking forward to staying here again.

There was a group of people staying there that must have occupied several rooms that were in/out, talking loudly and stomping around until well after 11pm. Nothing the hotel could have done to improve this situation, just a little common courtesy from the people staying there.

This was a very nicely appointed property, close to downtown Alamogordo (restaurants and shops) and on the way to White Sands Nat'l Park. The room was clean and well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and amenities very good.

The breakfast was heavy on carbohydrates, and although there were omelettes, they were rubbery; the sausage was too salty; and there were only apples as fruit - no bananas, which are pretty basic. It was the usual hotel breakfast - bland, boring and pretty unhealthy.

They were very accommodating. I forgot to ask to have my rewards added on and the front desk clerk was very helpful in adding them to my account.

I thought that the breakfast area was clean and there was quite the variety for food. I am a picky eater and did not have the breakfast because there were not enough things for my liking so we chose to go to a breakfast place near by. My husband tried the food and was not particularly impressed with the sausage but, no one else seemed to have a problem. For future reference, plain eggs are fine. They do not need to be Denver omelets. :)

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was pretty clean.

Our refrigerator made a pretty horrible sound. We had to turn it off at night time. Also, I was looking forward to the jacuzzi ( the main reason we got this hotel), but when we got there, it was all boarded up...pretty disappointing.

Friehdliness of the staff and good hot breakfast options. Decent size room as well, little pricey for off peak time but still acceptable

The bathroom doors are sliding and there is no way to effectively lock them from inside. Very old style and this needs to be addressed.

Facilities - this is a well equipped hotel. It has a no frills fitness room, laundry and pool. Very helpful staff with local knowledge. Good location for visiting White Sands and the world's largest pistachio. About 90 minutes to El Paso airport. Close to various restaurants, and the pizza place does half price pizza at certain times of the day.

No complaints. I can't find any faults with my stay here.

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms, the multiple USB ports avail, the fixed shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soaps, The breakfast was better than Denny's and the pool was well maintained and fun!

The sauna was OOS, would've loved to relax in it after a swim but it happens. Maybe next stay it will be back up and running. Some pull through parking for folks pulling trailers would be great, but that's just personal preference.

Breakfast was good with excellent waffles to cook, as well as breads/bagels/muffins, eggs, sausage, yogurt, oatmeal, etc. Free coffee/hot chocolate at all times available in lobby. snacks available in lobby for purchase. Beds were comfortable. Cable tv, air conditioning and heat were good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom door was a slide to close which was awkward to use at times. Shower head pressure was weak causing longer showers to remove soap. Hot tub was out of order. Ice machines didn't work on second floor. Could hear footsteps clearly upstairs.
