This hotel has complete amenities, the rooms are very clean, and it looks simple yet comfortable. The breakfast is also good.

When I went to my room with the key card, I was surprised to find that it was already occupied — so awkward! It turned out to be a mistake on the hotel staff’s part, and they had us wait another half an hour to change the room. By then, it was already 11 p.m., and we were exhausted from the long drive, just wanting to get some rest as soon as possible.

Breakfast was quite good. Adding some fresh fruit (not canned, actually fresh) like strawberries and apples would have made it even better.

I was directed to my room when I checked in, and once I opened the door to the room realized that it was either not actually vacated or that it wasn't prepared yet. The staff quickly remedied the situation and were very helpful.

Hotel staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was nice, scrambled eggs, bacon, hot coffee, potatoes. Pastries, waffles, fruit were also available. Room was good sized, very clean and comfortable.

Hard to find the entrance from the main road, but we managed. Dining options, while nearby, are limited mostly to fast food like KFC and Taco Bell right next door.

Nice big parking lot for big trucks or trailers. Walkable restaurants nearby.

Nothing about the property was bad. Albuquerque is major sketch and this location is 40 miles east. Much safer than Albuquerque, but keep your head on a swivel as always

Smelled really good when you walk in, the person at desk very friendly, the beds and pillows are great bathroom very clean and breakfast was also good. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Was nothing to complain about while on vacation we stayed at a few Best Westerns and this best one by far.

Loved the variety of options for breakfast and everything we tried was very good. Food items were laid out neat and service area was clean. Loved the hotel room mainly because there was no carpet and all furnishings and fixtures looked brand new

The lady at the front desk who checked me in was very personable and helpful. The entire hotel was kept clean. My room was spotless, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was great. I make the drive from Oklahoma to Arizona at least once a year and I will try to stay here again.

Great hotel right off I-40. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast, which offered a good variety of options.

We didn't eat breakfast but they do serve cookies when you check in and Ice cold water with lemon and cucumbers.

I didn't like the fact that I wasn't aware of the $150 dollar hold fee. Properties should disclose that before you book a room.

This is the first Best Western we've stayed at on our road trips. I made a last minute reservation and got a queen room with 2 queen beds. Comfortable, clean rooms and a delicious breakfast!
