I did not try the breakfast so I can't comment. The WiFi was unstable, but, basically good. The bed was comfortable. The temperature control unit was efficient and easy to use. I very much appreciated their accommodating my dog. The location was perfect for a nearby family project.

The bathroom could use some clothing hooks. The interior door of the bathroom was damaged, as if someone had punched it with their fist, leaving a broken depression in the middle of the door. In seeking something that had been dropped I had occasion to look under the dresser. It was quite dusty on the floor and had cobwebs surrounding the underneath.

When I went up to my room, they had turned the heat on so it was warm on that chilly evening. I really appreciated that.

The dead bolt didn't work but the door handle lock did.

The people that work the desk are very kind. The place is pet friendly. The prices are reasonable.

Didn't eat the breakfast. Grabbed coffee first morning, it was excellent. I had breakfast waiting for me at a family reunion at the campground 5 minutes away. What I liked best was the personal care from the night clerk (maybe the owner?). I was arriving MUCH later than I planned, got lost many times trying to follow cell phone GPS directions, in the dark. The clerk called me and asked if I would accept virtual check in. Yep! So he left my room unlocked for me and the light on. 'Tom Bodett style' I didn't have to feel like I was waking up the family as I crept in, in the middle of the night. Room was clean and large. I had the wheelchair accessible room. Wouldn't hesitate to stay next family reunion, and now I know how to get there.

The TV stations were limited. Which for this motel in this area are to be expected. People historically have not stayed in the Berkshires to watch TV. I tend to rate the excellence of a motel by the reading light by the bed. This one had only one light for two beds and the bulb was what they now put in all motels, fluorescent and not quite bright enough. I did read, but would remember to bring my own bulb next time as I normally do. This is a minimal 'didn't like'. I've stayed places that had NO reading light whatsoever. And tons of TV stations, bad motels as far as I'm concerned.

Good value. Quiet. Beds were Comfortable. Warm in icy weather. Pleasant staff. Big room. Convenient location; we actually stayed 3 nights. Coffee, donuts for breakfast.

Parking lot and steep access to road were icy. 1 day uable to get out until sand and salt applied mid day.

Everything. The beds were comfy even though they didn't look it at first glance. The room was spotless. The area was perfect. This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The poor guy here has been running the hotel for months by himself and although you can see he was clearly stressed out he was patient and attentive! This was a great place to stay overall.

Great value, love the fridge and microwave and a comfortable bed

The only thing I was disappointed was the lack of TV channels.

The location was perfect for me, right off I90 and on Rt22 which provided easy on and off access to desired destinations. I went particularly for 'leaf peeping.' It works well if you have your own vehicle.

I had no problem at this time, but driveway hill could be tricky in bad winter weather, but I’m from florida, May not be issue to you

I developed a little rash afterward. (true story). But I think it was the soap in the bathroom. A little on the cheap side. Use your own soap! :)
