Totally met our needs for a weekend stay. Room was pristine, all furniture, lamps, bedding were in excellent condition. Two queen beds were super comfortable, pillows and bed linens were of above average quality. Loved the simple winter white duvets. Bathroom was well stocked with toiletries and towels. Although we did not take advantage of the complimentary breakfast, the dining area was spacious, attractive, and clean. The hotel staff with whom we interacted were friendly and accommodating.

A double sink would have been nice, as well as a table with a mirror above it for drying hair, etc, while bathroom was in use.

We are seriously considering not returning to Hampton inn as we have annually because a) no housekeeping daily ( alternate days) B) no smart tv We make our bed at home every day.. not every other day. Spoke to Steve, head of housekeeping ,who said this was a corporate decision But we stayed for four nights And had housekeeping exactly once! We’d like a response to this evaluation Thank you

Breakfast was ok. I have to eat gluten-free, and there were few options. I had to bring my own stuff. The room was large and clean, the bed comfortable

I have stayed at the Hampton Inn many times before. I wish you had left the black-out curtains up! The new shades allow to much light to filter in through the sides. Also, the non-removable nightlight was too bright.

Was good . Staff very helpful and pleasant. Music in breakfast area was nice. Water and coffee always available. Dining area very nice. Room clean and spacious, Cleanliness

Room needs a safe, & microwave, shower cap would be nice. Better lighting at entrance near hotel sign needed.

I liked the new breakfast items of the low sugar yogurt. Others did too cause they ran out. Would like to see whole grain bagels and plain Greek yogurt. Liked the location since it is close to Tanglewood, Stockbridge, the Norman Rockwell Museum, etc. And, the chocolate chip cookies.

The location at the base of berkshire mountains with a beautiful lake sitting area! Everything super clean and fresh cozy decor nice breakfast great hospitality Everyone greets you with a smile very positive happy energy here unlike any other chain hotels really comfortable beds and nice view from the rooms . Great price for all you get love this place! 2nd stay here just as good as 1st time we will be back again

Everything was great !

My wife and I went for our anniversary. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and exactly what we were looking for. The in-room jacuzzi was great! The town was quiet but with plenty of restaurants, shops, and museums around. We'll definitely be back!

It is situated close to Tanglewood and other attractions. The breakfast staff are friendly and helpful. The room has a refrigerator and microwave. Also they rooms have wall dispensers for shampoo,conditioner, and showere gel.

I would like to see a greater variety of low sugar breakfast foods. Maybe a whole grain breakfast cereal without added sugar and plain Greek yogurt. There is only one treadmill.

Loved the breakfast options, especially the waffles. Loved the pool hours.

Would have liked the room cleaned during our stay. The hotel in addition to asking for notification of when we would be out of the room, should give a window of how long they would need us to be out of the room in order to get it cleaned.
