Upon check in I received a text asking if there was anything I needed. I asked for more hangers and they were immediately brought up to our room. When we went down for breakfast, our room was cleaned and fresh towels were there by the time we got back from breakfast.

The people who clean the rooms were friendly and extremely nice.

The person who checked us in could have been friendlier and more welcoming. We asked about our Hilton rewards said she couldn’t do anything about it now. It should have been done at booking. I didn’t see anything on the booking website about the rewards. The room was nice, clean but the view not so much.

Location. Hotel was well maintained and clean. Staff was friendly. Hotel restaurant was good.

Hotel restaurant not being included. Hotel restaurant also seemed to be a local hang out, which lead to over crowded lot and lobby in the evening. Bathroom door in our room wouldn't stay open which was dangerous for our 2 year old son running around

Restaurant on site was very good. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Room was accessible.

No couch or second chair in very large room no place for more than one person to sit. Shower was accessible but fixtures were not positioned well, bathtub very slippery and shower curtain could not stop water from going on floor due to bench for accessibility. No couch was big issue, all pictures of room showed a couch.

Comfortable hotel with clean rooms and convenient location. Loved having Guidos organic market just down the hill from the hotel - we were able to get sandwiches and even vegan pizza from the market so we didn't have to eat every meal out.

Pool was a bit cold and could've been a bit cleaner (there was some green on the tiles). But it was definitely swimmable and maybe the cold temperature was a reason the pool was never crowded.

many children age 7-10 alone in weight room on machines fooling around. we were headed to the pool, to many kids so we opted for some time in the exercise room, so some kids could dissipate (which they did). then got over taken by kids in the exercise room told front desk. they asked the mom to stay with the kids. she did not and the staff didn’t seem to care. couldn’t use room or machines.

My annual Berkshires HQ — never disappoints. Convenient to the highway (20) and Tanglewood. Nicely designed hotel w hipster Korean restaurant onsite and a gourmet Italian market below, a bit of a unique situation. Bar is welcome.

The best part was the location, and the view. The Hilton is one of our favorite Hotels. The hotel itself was built beautifully. The restaurant is stylish, just a bit expensive. Really, the King bedroom was spacious, and comfortable. Great Time!!

Nothing to complain about. We had a great time.

I chose the Hilton Garden Inn because of its location, rating and the fact that it had an onsite restaurant (Jae's). I thought the restaurant should have offered more basic food choices, it was more Asian focused, but ate there for dinner and breakfast and found both meals very good.

The location was great. The hotel is very clean; the staff is very helpful and very pleasant.

We don't think any improvements need to be done. This hotel is wonderful.
