Beautiful location, clean and well-stocked rooms, friendly staff, all around a wonderful experience.

Some housekeeping staff spoke absolutely no English at all and simply could not communicate with me. I was friendly and patient as was the staff member but it was frustrating as they could not ask what they wanted to ask of me in English. Eventually they gave up trying to ask and simply came into the room and began changing the sheets. Furthermore, I think the cost of breakfast being additional when considering the price of the stay overall is rather high, and in future I would like to see the breakfast included - it is not a particularly stellar breakfast, certainly no better than countless included hotel breakfasts I have had at far cheaper hotels!

Nicely remodeled rooms that are spacious and thoughtfully laid out. Has fridge and microwave. Beds had both hard and soft pillows. Very convenient location near restaurants, etc. and price was reasonable for the area. Facility was very clean.

Garage is being remodeled so they're using a valet, who was prompt and courteous, but we had to get to our car to unload items for a work event and it was a little inconvenient. Bathrooms are clean but small.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. I came in super early after being at the hospital with a family member. I was tired and sad and the gentleman at the front desk was so helpful. I wish I could remember his name, I was having a hard time and he was so reassuring.

The smell in the hallway was off putting. I'm not sure if it's a cleaner they use or what, but I guess I'm just glad the room didn't smell.

The staff accommodated us even though booking.com got our checking date wrong

Their garage is being renovated and there were no handicapped parking spaces left. My husband is handicapped ♿️ and we had to park around the block and walk back. Not good . During the renovation they should open up more handicapped spaces

The pool was a real bonus! The on-site restaurant was a delight - excellent food and amusing bartender. The central location was perfect for my needs. Would stay there again without hesitation - lovely hotel.

The parking lot being shut wasn't ideal but there was free valet parking which I'd not realised until I parked my car in the adjacent lot.

I liked the convenience of the onsite restaurant for dinner and breakfast buffet in the morning.

Didn’t like paying for the breakfast buffet. The parking structure was under construction requiring a walk or using valet parking. This was an inconvenience only. The free valet was a good way to manage it.

Our room was beautiful. Staff was vey nice, Valet parking attendant was very nice also. We ate in the restaurant & it was delicious, staff very nice. Nice location to Colonial Theater we were able to walk there & back. Will book again.

Original room we were given had a problem with the air conditioning. Front desk was very sympathetic and immediately gave us another room. Totally satisfied with the second room. Kudos to the front desk personnel.

I had stictches in my leg and valet made me walk to go get my car in the pouring rain with slides on just very unprofessional . Oh wait they gave me an umbrella smh they need to hire better people

The spacious accommodations in the rooms was perfect for a family. And the rooms were very clean. The check in wasn’t great- but Daly Grace went out of her way to get us into a room alittle earlier. We had plans and needed to change and she went above and beyond to make sure we had a room to change in!
