Very convenient location for a stop over. I stayed in the suite with the jacuzzi tub - it was clean and worked decently which was nice. The room was pretty big and comfortable. I would say it's middle of the road quality, clean, and comfortable. The area is beautiful with things to do. I visited Edith Wharton's home, The Mount, which was very nive, gorgeous grounds to walk around. The room is near an outside door which workers were going in an out of most of the late afternoon. They were also doing some kind of work on furniture(?) in the parking lot outside which was a little noisy. Other than that it was great.

Priced a bit high. The noise from people working in the parking lot and going in and out of the building wasn't great but I am guessing that doesn't go on all the time. Food was so-so.

I liked the prompt, friendly service at check-in and check-out. Also liked the full breakfast offerings.

In the time I had breakfast, starting right at 6:30am, I did not see any hotel staff wiping down tables or checking on breakfast items for replenishment. The scrambled eggs, which were wonderful, had already run out. The table I sat at had not been wiped down. While glad to see that oatmeal was option, it appeared that no one monitored this closely as the "hot" oatmeal was actually cold and extremely hard and dry. It may have even been left there from the day before as the container was not even lukewarm and did not appear to be on. Separately, I also noticed that the property's exterior was in need for upkeep and minor repairs as the sidewalk for falling apart in places and the parking area would benefit from repaving.

Staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They had a very nice, free breakfast with plenty of choices, eggs, bacon, sausage, home fries, waffles, french toast, danish and donuts, good coffee. The bed was comfortable, had no problem falling asleep, and the room was very clean and was nicely furnished.

The only complaint and/or negative factor that I had regarding the room itself was that the tub was very slippery. There was no texture or roughness to the surface to prevent a slip and/or fall, which I did slip and barely caught myself from falling. I think the building itself maybe suffers from some inadequate noise insulation, as there was very noticeable road noise from traffic inside the room, as I was on the "road" side of the hotel. Luckily, it was a Sunday night and there was probably minimal traffic after 10:00PM.

The room we had on the first night was a bit noisy since it was on the first floor, by the road/parking lot. The following morning we requested a room at a higher floor. Sarah, at the front desk, was extremely helpful and professional and fullfilled our request. We loved our new room at the top floor. We also enjoyed very much having our daily breakfast outdoors. Overall, a good value for the price.

A bit far from Route 7. No many places to eat near by.

Manager helped us resolve issues with reservations with Booking. We reserved our room at least a week in advance to discover it was much cheaper on Booking the week of our arrival. We would have saved $250 had we waited to make our reservation of four nights.

Discovering that Booking is taking advantage of the trust I had put in them. Always before I thought I was getting a good deal. You won't catch me doing booking ahead of time again.

Convenient location for use as a homebase visiting far western Massachusetts points of interest. Good size to the room and always appreciate when breakfast is included in the price of the room. Breakfast had a wide variety of foods including fresh fruits, waffle maker, eggs, bacon, sausages, bagels, yogurt, cereal and a 24 hour available coffee/latte/expresso machine

Faucet in the room was not properly attached to the sink

My son and I recently stayed at this hotel for one night. We had a very late arrival. Staff worked with us to give us a lste checkout. Everyone we talked to, were personable and helpful, from Racquel at front desk, to Sarah, who checked us out. Thank You!! Will stay again when in area!!

Bed felt a bit firm in center. But slept well by sleeping toward the sides.

We always use the Best Western Plus Berkshires because we know it will be an excellent and reliable place to stay. We stay one night during Thanksgiving week so that I can visit with my first cousin and with an old friend, both of whom live in Pittsfield. Since it is my hometown we also visit some sights from my youth; and, this year we spent an afternoon touring in the Berkshire Museum.

Nothing we didn't like.

The property was easy to locate , there is plenty of parking, we were given a really warm welcome which is really appreciated. The hot drinks that are available 24/7 are a great variety and quality . The included breakfast is also pretty good. We enjoyed our stay.

We would always prefer non plastic cutlery and paper plates, but this is the norm in hotels in the USA.

The facilities are immaculate and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room had all the desired amenities. The location is good with easy access to Pittsfield downtown and Lenox. The included breakfast offered an array of choices. I look forward to our next stay.

I have no complaints. Our stay was lovely.
