I liked the prompt, friendly service at check-in and check-out. Also liked the full breakfast offerings.

In the time I had breakfast, starting right at 6:30am, I did not see any hotel staff wiping down tables or checking on breakfast items for replenishment. The scrambled eggs, which were wonderful, had already run out. The table I sat at had not been wiped down. While glad to see that oatmeal was option, it appeared that no one monitored this closely as the "hot" oatmeal was actually cold and extremely hard and dry. It may have even been left there from the day before as the container was not even lukewarm and did not appear to be on. Separately, I also noticed that the property's exterior was in need for upkeep and minor repairs as the sidewalk for falling apart in places and the parking area would benefit from repaving.

Staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They had a very nice, free breakfast with plenty of choices, eggs, bacon, sausage, home fries, waffles, french toast, danish and donuts, good coffee. The bed was comfortable, had no problem falling asleep, and the room was very clean and was nicely furnished.

The only complaint and/or negative factor that I had regarding the room itself was that the tub was very slippery. There was no texture or roughness to the surface to prevent a slip and/or fall, which I did slip and barely caught myself from falling. I think the building itself maybe suffers from some inadequate noise insulation, as there was very noticeable road noise from traffic inside the room, as I was on the "road" side of the hotel. Luckily, it was a Sunday night and there was probably minimal traffic after 10:00PM.

My son and I recently stayed at this hotel for one night. We had a very late arrival. Staff worked with us to give us a lste checkout. Everyone we talked to, were personable and helpful, from Racquel at front desk, to Sarah, who checked us out. Thank You!! Will stay again when in area!!

Bed felt a bit firm in center. But slept well by sleeping toward the sides.

We always use the Best Western Plus Berkshires because we know it will be an excellent and reliable place to stay. We stay one night during Thanksgiving week so that I can visit with my first cousin and with an old friend, both of whom live in Pittsfield. Since it is my hometown we also visit some sights from my youth; and, this year we spent an afternoon touring in the Berkshire Museum.

Nothing we didn't like.

The property was easy to locate , there is plenty of parking, we were given a really warm welcome which is really appreciated. The hot drinks that are available 24/7 are a great variety and quality . The included breakfast is also pretty good. We enjoyed our stay.

We would always prefer non plastic cutlery and paper plates, but this is the norm in hotels in the USA.

It's a very nice hotel, we stayed at the whirlpool suite and was exactly what we were looking for, very private, very clean. The dining area had many healthy choices to serve yourself a good a breakfast and it was included with the rate so even better!

Maybe offer a great deal for a late checkout, specifically of the whirlpool suite. We would've considered it.

The breakfast was a good variety - there were cereal, muffins, eggs, bagels, waffles, juices, fruit. There was a dedicated staff member making sure everything was full. We went down the street for dinner to the Roasted Garlic which was a great little spot, helpfully recommended by the hotel staff. We had a suite which was a great fit for our family and everyone had a comfy bed and didn't have to share.

Everything…. Kids loved the breakfast Thank you so much …will definitely return !!!!

Nothing really …. But would be nicer if you were closer to downtown Pittsfield…. but where it is located is actually fine … was visiting someone seriously ill in the hospital and was further than I would have liked. However, Crowne Plaza or whatever it’s called is horrible…old…. No parking… etc.

We loved having the microwave in the room, as well as the keurig machine. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices, even a waffle maker. Also, was pretty quiet with not hearing noise from other rooms, etc.

My husband worked for an elevator repair company, so he noticed that the elevator didn't line up with stepping out, so he notified the desk clerk, so it could be serviced

The Hotel was in a quiet area off the beaten path. I thought it was clean and pretty and well cared for.

There was grounds work being done at 8am right outside my window. There was a guy with a gas powered weedwacker 2 feet from my window. When I told the front desk about it while checking out they said they wished I had said something when it happened and they would have done something about it. I should have to tell them not to have equipment that people have to use ear protection with running right outside my window at 8am.
