This was an excellent choice for an 8-day vacation stay. Family members stayed in their own suites, but the suites were large enough to allow the 9 of us (8 adults and one toddler) to socialize and eat together. Location was great. We could walk to a number of places in Pittsfield (Barrington Stage, Bershire Museum, Beacon Theater, Colonial Theater), near a supermarket, and an easy drive to Shakespeare & Co, Tanglewood, the Mount, Hancock Shaker Village.

It was a little confusing in that when we arrived we were told that housekeeping would be provided only once a week. So we went out and bought extra paper towels, extra coffee, etc. but it turned out that housekeeping was almost every day and we were given more coffee and paper towels. Not a big deal, but confusing.

A convenient location for exploring downtown and walking to restaurants. The bed and other furniture were comfortable, and in excellent condition, we had a full kitchen, and large TVs. I liked the high tech night tables and the shower was very good. Staff were very friendly.

Hard to find, because their sign had a different name. No elevator to 2nd floor. BYO food, no restaurant. Minor improvements I would suggest: A clock in the bedroom and scissors in the kitchen. More light was needed in the desk area - a desk lamp, perhaps.

We loved how big the place was.

The room had older-style carpets that I felt was not as clean as it could be. As someone with really bad allergies the place felt dusty and I had trouble breathing (my husband was fine!) I hope to get a room with updated carpets next time!

Like a small apartment with a full kitchen and living area in addition to the bedroom. Quiet with little traffic in hallways since based for longer term use.

Street noise limited opening the sliding doors and freight trains ran regularly nearby.

Great value...less expensive than a hotel chain with a complete condo set up. Excellent and friendly staff.

The proximity to the busy road. The limited soundproofing with units above(could hear shower up stairs).

Full kitchen, comfortable bed.

TV did not work well-many of the cable channels on the guide were not available. Shower spray was weak and took a long time to get hot water.

This was a do-it-yourself breakfast. We bought food and prepared it in the room. All was fine.

The microwave did not work smoothly.

Excellent facility - clean and comfortable.and very conveniently located.

No network tv channels in the living room. Could not figure out how to change temperature.

Staff was great and everything was great!

There wasn't anything to not like. Just regret 😪 not enjoying it more.

Beautiful and spacious layout. The mattress was unexpectedly great! We ate dinner in second night there.

Pleasant stay nothing to dislike.
