The physical building and interior decorating was beautiful. The staff were nice and efficient.

We had a room on the roadside upper level and there was a lot of traffic noise. I would request a lower level room on the back side next time.

My friend and I loved the place. It was so beautiful and the shampoos and soaps smelled divine. The location was great and the staff was very helpful. We had breakfast in the morning which was excellent and all locally produced.

We couldn't really stream on the TV since it required Apple TV. Unfortunately we had a bit of a misunderstanding since it stated breakfast on the Booking page. They did serve it but it was paid. I think it should've been highlighted by Booking that this was not complimentary. We are grateful though to the hotel for giving us breakfast on the house. Thank you!

Fun decor and really special, well done renovation work made for a great, if brief, stay. We were in town for a concert and this was a great place to spend a night. The room was spacious for what was clearly a motel in the past. The bed was comfortable. We appreciated having a mini fridge in the room as well as a desk. The bathroom had everything needed, and the toiletries were all Le Labo and smelled really good (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, and lotion). I appreciated that there were full sizes of these products to use. We didn't have time for breakfast, but the receptionist said there'd be free coffee all morning.

The AC was quite loud, but I'd rather have it on and working well than not. We appreciated that it was on already when we arrived, and the room was cool and comfortable on a really hot day.

A newer contemporary motel that is neither worn out nor quaint. (For this locale something that was badly needed in the value accommodations category.) Good basic/functional furnishings and adequate task lighting and power outlets. Comfortable bed and bedding; good towels. Water pressure is good in shower. Convenient parking. Did not use the common room ("Club Room") that has a bar and seating areas, nor the outdoor patio; but they look nice and would be nice for persons who had the time/inclination to use them. The location is elevated and set back from the road; so, very quiet at night.

A couple of items "missing" from the accommodations: 1. A coffee/tea maker; and 2. pad of paper and pen. These should be standard items in every guest room.

What a gem this place is. From the outside, it looks like a motel, nice, clean lines, beautiful outdoor area. Inside is the epitome of warmth, coziness, and efficient space organization. giant mirror, bookshelves, and large windows surround two cozy seating areas. Next to it is a tiny reception desk. Beautiful! No need for giant lobbies and giant front desks. As I said, efficiency reigns here! Breakfast/dinner area, gorgeous bar. What surprised us was that our food for dinner, ravioli with truffles and chicken Milanese, was high quality and beautifully presented. We noticed in the morning that those who ordered breakfast had various food on their table. Now, the room had two beautiful beds. with crispy clean sheets and pillows, stylish armoire, and beautiful bathroom. No weird smells, just cleanliness. We LOVED this place. We'll come again!

For a road side motel, this is a lovely, comfortable experience that exceeds expectations. we used this as a stopping off spot on a longer trip and it fit our needs perfectly. we arrived at dinnertime, enjoyed the elegant restaurant, slept soundly in the quiet, luxurious room, had a nice breakfast and hit the road again. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely visit this place again in that situation. It's not a destination in itself with amentities and activities, but 10/10 for a roadtrip stopover.

Comfortable and well located, easy to park and many rooms on ground floor (for accessibility). Comfortable bed and nice rooms (although they need more light). Great bar and lounge area (indoor and outdoor).

Absurdly high weekend summer price, but we didn’t have many options (which I guess is why they get away with it). Breakfast is not good, limited, and overpriced, and the man working at breakfast (on both occasions that I’ve been there) seems stressed out and lacking hospitality skills.

Surprised to learn it was actually a motel but renovated into an upscale one. Great dining in the lobby. Great outside area.

No elevator to second level. PTAC heating and cooling unit was noisy. Tv channels kept freezing up when using Apple TV and then TV would not stay shut off. On checking out, the front desk person explained there was a second remote hidden in a drawer for standard cable with hundreds of channels but that they didn’t announce to folks that it was an alternative. They reported that they only tell people who call to complain. Seems like a poor customer service choice and a bit off putting

Nicely renovated, looks very welcoming and cozy! Exactly how it should be in the area with beautiful nature around. I came for a few hours after 11pm, and left early, so did not see staff. Electronic check-in was brilliant. The only thing I missed is my coffee early in the morning when I had to leave. But I understand not many places are open around in that place. Otherwise the place is absolutely great. Feels nice very comfortable Bad. I really loved the way they finished the inside of the showers and bathrooms, I would definitely come back with my daughter to do hiking and stay at the hotel.

The breakfast was amazing as was the staff and the club room where the breakfast was served and where there was always hot coffee and hot water for tea as well as a bar.

We are coming up to Tanglewood for the rourth of July concert and we’re disappointed that the room costs had Moore than tripled per night. I understand and all the hotel prices have gone way up, forcing us to go to an Airbnb nearby, but I would’ve been much happy and we could’ve stayed at the life house.
