The location is close to the interstate and also close to nearby attractions. Restaurants and cafes are walking distance from the motel.

It was a blistering hot day, and I was looking forward to using the pool. When we arrived the pool was empty and unavailable to use. If a pool is listed as an amenity, it should be available. Don't list a pool if it's not available.

I have stayed at the Pilgrim Inn several times for an inexpensive getaway to the Berkshires. There are no frills, but it is always spotlessly clean, and the beds are comfortable. The Pilgrim isn't for everyone, but the price and central location in Lee for Lenox, Stockbridge, W. Stockbridge, Gt. Barrington and Pittsfield can't be beaten. Next door is a Starbucks, and across the street is Rose's Cafe for a delicious full-serve breakfast.

The room was a bit musty.

We upgraded to a newly decorated room as the first one was a little old and musty. Great room, lots of space and fridge and microwave really useful. Comfy beds and good location with easy walking access to food. Self check in was fine. Rooms could be cleaned as regularly as you wanted, clean towels requested etc. On site caretaker lady was very welcoming.

Location perfect for me, 1/4 mile from Mass Pike, nearby Shell station, and Rose's Restaurant right across the street for breakfast. Plain, simple room, first floor, ample parking.

Although check-in is very efficient, the lack of direct human contact (it's all done electronically) is more impersonal and "unwelcoming" than it needs to be. The bathroom sink only produced cold water even though the tub/shower had good hot water.

Good location, clean room, comfortable bed, reasonable price.

Interesting that there isn't someone there for check in/ check out. You go into the office and call, and program the key card yourself. Can be a little off putting if you don't expect it but works fine.

Wicked convenient location right off the pike. They were kind and allowed us to check in after 10p (though I wouldn’t guarantee this as an option to other guests - Raymond was exceedingly kind and made an exception for us).

If you’re staying here, you shouldn’t expect 5 star amenities, but it was a very reasonable place for us to lay our heads for the night. Would stay here again, particularly good value for money.

I liked how close it was to everywhere we were going. It was clean but a but outdated. I think with some new paint, carpets or flooring and new more updated bedding and decor this place would be even better. Check in was easy. We called a number the man watched us on camera do everything like get a key card and register and off we went. He even let us check in a bit early as we had come from a long trip.

Again it was very clean but outdated that made it look a bit dirty so an update is needed. Otherwise I don't really have anything bad to say.

Location, right off the route 90. Next to "Starbucks". "Rose's Cafe" is across the street. Large and clean room. Reasonably priced.

The location of the hotel is very accessible to various restaurants and other places to enjoy your time, and both of us enjoyed our stay. checked-in was via remote and the person we spoke with was very kind and helpful. we will be back soon

the building smells like someone was smoking a cigarette inside.

This is an old motel, a little run down but it was clean and had a comfortable bed. Great location for my trip to Jacobs Pillow. Friendly young man at the desk for check in.
