The setting is beautiful and quiet and the condo is spacious and very comfortable.

There were small signs of neglect such as a missing soap dish in the shower and a practically falling off door knob to the not very clean small balcony. We weren’t told the unit would be on the second floor which necessitated schleping luggage up the stairs with no offer of assistance from staff.

We got a 2 bedroom apartment. It was fantastic. It is cozy, plenty of space, well-equipped, comfortable beds and sofas, nice kitchen. It was very cold and heating system was great. I would love to come back during summer to take advantage of the outdoors space.

Just a heads up. You need to bring soap, shampoo and so on with you. Also everything that you might need to use the kitchen (coffee filters, olive oil, salt, etc). This is understandable, not a complaint, but good to know in advance.

This was a fantastic place and exceeded our expectations. We had a really nice and big apartment with a very comfortable sofas and a very well equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed. The washing machine and dryer were at the entrance of the apartment and shared with 3 other units, but that was not an issue. The area was beautiful and quiet. It was excellent value for money. I would certainly recommend this apartment, and it is a good place from which to explore Lenox and the surrounding area.

It is a relaxing place to stay with winter activities close to the condo. The condo was updated and clean with modern amenities. The views are beautiful.

The hot tub is not usable because they are in the middle of getting a new hot tub. Although I understand construction, I wish they had that information in the details. I would have still stayed. I just would have liked a heads up.

The property was beautiful and conveniently located. The unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including clean bedding for the fold out bed. We were very happy and would definitely consider returning the next time we visit the area.

The unit initially had a slight musty smell, but once it was opened up and the a/c was running, it was hardly noticeable. If we had stayed longer, would have appreciated a few more bath towels.

I love the property and the value. The staff is very helpful! The room was a little must this time and not as fresh looking. I would have preferred a better room - some of the furniture and bathrooms needs updating. But we always come there - we love it! It's so pretty, spacious, they have an indoor pool and a big lodge-like room, so clsoe to the moutains and attractions.

Baths, furnitue and rugs could use some upgrading :-)

Very spacious apartment with large living room looking over the water. Access to washing machine and dryer very handy and very well equipped kitchen. Great location in quiet parkland minutes from Lenox. Very good value.

The decor is a bit dated and the bathroom could benefit from updating but it was perfectly clean and worked fine.

The rooms were very spacious and had pretty much anything we needed. We were able to buy milk and make coffee and tea in the morning. The pool great for a quick swim and it was nice to have a balcony to relax on. Very centrally located and it was a quick drive to nearby towns and attractions

The wifi didn’t work while we were there. We asked the front desk and they said someone was working on it. We later discovered a second WiFi network that did work that we were not told about by any of the staff.

The condos in close proximity allows for family to be close but also give everyone some space at the start and end of the day. Loved the library with games and book selections.

The condos were a little “worn”. The tile in the bathroom was coming up off the floor and the faucet handles leaked and turned the opposite way of most faucets. Did not find the playground until the last night. Would be great to add that to the facility map.

From the moment we drove onto the property, we were impressed. Extensive grounds were beautiful that led up to the condos. I was greeted by the friendliest person, who I apologize I can't remember the name because I was too busy thinking, "this is such a warm welcome!", who directed me to everything, answered questions I didn't know I would be asking, and just made me feel great about my choice before even seeing our condo! Then we saw the condo. Look, I read it and you'll read reviews that the units are dated. For us, that is what we loved! They are super clean, super spacious, and yes a bit 80s/90s vibe in all the right way! I'm also thankful they are not updated b/c what a waste of money and future landfill issues for no reason! We had a huge family room with table of 6 and two comfy couches, a fireplace, kitchenette, a bar area. Huge master bedroom, bathroom, and then a wonderful loft with another huge room, a pullout couch in the loft, and another bathroom. A perfect deck overlooking the pond too! What a wonderful space for the four of us! As for amenities, a wonderful indoor pool (outdoor was closed in winter), a nice smaller gym, and a huge library room. There was also a sauna. We had the pool to ourselves and they also had pool noodles and life vests for younger guests. OK...the other reason we LOVED this is the location! You are just a short, country, open road to downtown Lenox in 5 minutes one way or downtown Lee the other. No traffic, great views, and more restaurants than you could eat at in a month! Super close to Tanglewood and a great hike at Olivia's Outlook. We also we're an easy 20 minutes to Ski Butternut. It was such a great location!
