Excellent location to visit Lee, Tanglewood, Lenox, Great Barrington, Stockbridge. Very clean. Wonderful prices for a Tuesday and Wednesday stay. Plenty of food options nearby. The included morning breakfast had ample hot and cold choices. Lori at check-in was extremely pleasant and offered much assistance with experiencing the localities, especially Tanglewood The Inn appeared to have recently been upgraded and remodeled!

The bedding didn't have a fitted bottom sheet. The ambient light surrounding the high headboard was attractive, but I was unable to turn it off at sleep time.Minor details.

The location was perfect for us. We were 15 minutes from sight seeing and The Norman Rockwell Museum, which was the purpose of our visit. The town had good restaurants, was charming and walkable. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! Breakfast offered the usual options. Hard boiled eggs would have been a nice addition. The coffee was very good. There was a picnic table outside where I’d have my coffee in the morning enjoying the Fall field behind the property.

Location was perfect! Everything in Lee was within walking distance, and the outlet mall was only 3 min away. We were there on a pilgrimage to the National Shrine of the Divine Mercy, and it was only 10 min away - perfect!!! People at desk upon check-in and check-out were very friendly. Breakfast was basic, but adequate. (If you didn't like what was offered for breakfast, Dunkin was 2 doors down, and Roses coffee shop/cafe was next door - plenty of other options) Hotel and grounds were clean and welcoming and rooms were quiet. Whenever we're in Lee, this is where we stay!

The Quality Inn is in a convenient location. People at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. There was a wide variety of TV channels. The breakfast room had choices of cold or hot items.

The only down side was that it was a lot more expensive than usual because it was July 4th weekend.

Very clean and comfortable. Very quiet. The room was a good size and king bed was comfy. Nice touch was the reading chair with hassock and floor lamp. Breakfast was good but not diabetic friendly. Coffee was very good!

No soft drink machine or water offered. Would have liked more hot tea selection. Would also have liked more non sugar items offered for breakfast like plain oat meal.or yogurt.

Prices vary. One stay was $112 while the other was $144. ???? Stayed on the first floor. Noisy neighbors upstairs. You could hear every step. I think the second floor would have been better, but I opted for the first floor because I had to carry a bunch of stuff from my car. I will stay again because the location is perfect and I will just stay onthe second floor. 😁

The room was nice, it was convenient , breakfast was good and we enjoyed it.

The bed was hard and not the most comfortable, the bathroom was small and my wife booked us A handicapped room but we where given A different room because the bed was bigger. she is handicapped and there where no grab bars or anything for her to hold on to.

Dependable and accomodating staff. Bathroom was clean and beds confortable. They have new tvs and perfect AC temp in the room. Breakfast offer is varied and satisfactory.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at the Quality Inn. The location was convenient for us. The hotel has been upgraded, was clean and fresh looking. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and coffee were good! I will definitely stay here again!

Quick stop on a long trip. comfortable bed.

was traveling solo as a woman and room number was saidniutloud by person working front desk with other people in the lobby. it made me incredibly uncomfortable. that's a major potential safety issue.
