The location was excellent! It is right in the center of Lenox, and very close to restaurants and shops. My room was wonderful and exceptionally clean and quiet. It was located in the back of the inn and away from the street. I will definitely be back to stay.

My room was on the top floor and i had to climb a couple of steep flights of stairs to get to my room. There was a family down the hall with very young children and they were very noisy and crying a fair amount during my first 2 nights of my multiple days stay. My suggestion in the future would be to locate families with very young children in a separate area of rooms away from other guests. I was there to relax and have an enjoyable stay and was not happy to have to listen to crying babies and children. I like children but not when I am on vacation and wanting a relaxing and quiet stay!

Location, charming updated room. Great music soundtrack on screen in room. Convenient parking. Step out right onto shopping and dining street. Good restaurant attached with fine breakfast and very attractive outdoor seating. No common seating but less expensive than other similar locations.

Too few places to hang to towels in bathroom, blinds did not block light adequately and no sheers on windows to give privacy during day. Room overlooked parking lot. No coffee maker in room or complementary coffee downstairs.

Location, ambience, and staff were excellent.

Breakfast was stale bagels, lukewarm coffee, and empty bowl of diced fruit. All should have been fresh. Ran out of tissues and one shower dispenser was empty.

Excellent location in the core of Lenox, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Room was clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Helpful and friendly staff.

While possessing a charming ambiance, the age and character of the structure means: 1. Poor acoustical separation of rooms; 2. No elevator. Emergency stairs need to be better maintained.

Lived this little town! The Whitlock had a great Italian restaurant right downstairs and we were able to have a great dinner and then walk back to our room, all without going outside.

The thermostat for the whole hotel was controlled and we could not adjust it. It was set to 75 which had the radiator running at full blast all night. We had the windows open in 30 degree weather because we couldn't get comfortable sleeping with such a high temperature.

Location. Nice old fashioned classic look with modern amenities.

It was the first big weekend prior to summer. Lots of leaf litter and needles piled up outside where the wind drives them

The staff was excellent and helpful. Clear directions and good communication. The public rooms were lovely and the outside was great

The room itself was very sparsely furnished. The bed was comfortable but it needed at least one more chair and another dresser.

Very comfortable bed and lovely modern bathroom, they were installing a new sprinkler system when we were there, so we spent some time down the street at the Constance which was also beautiful. Everyone was so kind and friendly. Had a latte at the restaurant downstairs, which was delicious.

No complaints!

Great location in the center of Lenox, easy free parking even though hotel appeared at capacity, rooms recently renovated with attentive, friendly staff who go above and beyond to create exceptional customer experiences.

Beautiful property in a prime location right in the middle of town. The room was classy and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.
