Location and cleanliness

Room was very small

Sunset Inn was a reasonable and spotless motel in a convenient area to Tanglewood. We had a refrigerator and microwave in our room (helpful) with leftovers, and were able to spend time at the pool prior to check in. The motel is in a desirable location with a wonderful breakfast spot around the corner (a Starbucks across the street). All in all, this is a wonderful option close to the highway and to Lee with easy access to Tanglewood and some wonderful restaurants.

Location was perfect for concert at Tanglewood, and I would definitely come back to this area to visit again and explore the Berkshires. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The person who greeted us at the front desk was very welcoming.

The price of the room was a bit high for a basic motel. However, it was the best deal I could find given its location in Berkshires. It was fourth of July, and James Taylor was playing at Tanglewood. Prices were high at all the hotels and inns in the area.

Our room was tidy and clean, water was hot, heater worked well. Description matches the reality. Coffee place, liquor store, bar, Lee city center - all this is just a few steps outside the motel.

The staff was very responsive and accommodating for any issues.

Only thing would be stairs for 2nd level were a little difficult for seniors to navigate. That's the only disadvantage.

The Manager went above and beyond to help us with an IT problem. He was knowledgeable about Tanglewood and the surrounding area.

Family run business. Very Clean. No frills, but I wasn't looking for them. Bed was comfortable. WiFi was very good. AC was not on when I got into the room (it was 91 degrees outdoors) but cooled the room within 5 minutes. There is a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Didn't get to use the pool but took a look at it and it was very nice, with privacy trees around it. Owner gave good recommendations for places to eat dinner nearby and things to do. I would definitely stay there again.

Coffee Maker in the room, would have been nice. There is a Breakfast Place next door and Starbucks across the street, but I prefer to have coffee first thing in the am.

The location is the best. A restaurant 1 minute away serves great breakfast. I mean great. Starbucks is cross the street. The hotel is close to Tangle wood music hall. The ice machine is life saver for the hot day when we stayed there. The price is a great deal. I will 100% book the same hotel next year.

The air conditioner is weak. I am not sure if it was even working or not. It seemed the room was even cooler after I turned it off.

The location was very convenient to Tanglewood, and the room was spotless.

The price is high for the type of accommodation, but this is because it was a summer weekend in the Berkshires.

the bedding was clean, good pillows, had a microwave & refrigerator in room.

The room could have been vacuumed better near edge of beds! The sink in bathroom had no counter so had for women to put out makeup, hair brush, toothbrush etc…
