I loved the ease of check in and check out. The room was very clean, very basic but an excellent value for the expense. They provided k cups and a coffee maker, ample clothes storage if needed, and an Extremely comfortable bed. I will plan on coming here again.

What I didn't like was by no means the fault of the motel. Pittsfield is simply very dark the streets are not very well lit and the buses do not run very late so being in a location that is a tad out of the way was a bit inconvenient at times but again that's not the fault of the motel, I put that blame on Pittsfield.

Super clean, very comfortable beds/pillows & great location! The ease of check-in is unsurpassed! The rooms have a refrigerator and microwave and they allow furry/pawed family members as well! We've stayed at many 'economical' motels/hotels in and around the Pittsfield/Lenox/Lee area and the unanimous concensus of my family is that Heart of the Berkshires motel is *unquestionably* the best of its kind within the same class. We plan to return every year when visiting the berkshires!

There was some hot water issues in one of the rooms (during our 2nd visit here in 2 mos.) but management was sincere and caring and we were adequately compensated for this issue.

Loved the decor, the coffee maker, fridge/microwave combo, and private front entrance with a chair on the patio stoop for sitting outside and enjoying the evening. Loved that the check-in process was virtual. Also very pet friendly - my dog enjoyed his stay as well. Overall great value for the price.

Mattress was a tiny bit firm for my liking and light shown through the front door window that didn't have a covering. And the shower took a long time to heat!

This was a great value for a lovely, clean, and comfortable room. I appreciated the multiple door locks and the fact that it is right on the bus route. Oh and the coffee, that was Highly appreciated! I've stayed here 3 times now and will surely be back again soon. Thank you.

What a gem of a property- old school motel feel with clean rooms and kind staff. Self check-in was easy. Rates cannot be beat. It was a peaceful space away from the busy commercial districts. Would definitely recommend to folks looking for a low key vibe.

I loved the character and the location! This was a great option for the area and our price range. We were very happy with the room!!

The only thing we didn’t like was the bathroom. The shower had peeling paint that stuck to our feet. It was all clean except the bathroom could have used a little tlc.

We found ourselves unexpectedly needing accommodation on a short notice - within a couple of hours; this was a very affordable option compared to others in the area; we weren't expecting much but it was actually very nice. Very smooth check-in process, great communication and a very nice, comfortable room.

Alex was excellent!!! We didn’t have enough change for laundry and he took care of things for us so we could wash our clothes Rooms spacious Perfect location for ALL motorbikers!! Would have allowed us to wash bikes if needed

Little out dated but Reno’s are being completed on a daily basis basis

5 out of 5 stars this place is very comfortable and quiet, the staff are very welcoming and warming they make sure you have everything to accommodate your stay. The rooms are very clean and I would recommend everyone to stay here if you haven't already great stay.

Cleanliness, coffee maker, quietness, security, being greeted by my name. Manager was helpful to Guide me to restaurants, etc.

Needed padded matress cover to add more comfort, and next size up bar of soap for the shower
