I’m still here I think the GM Alex is beyond amazing very accommodating when I arrived on my first day I was in room 1 their was a wasp issue outside.He move my room immediately he was concerned about my family but most of all the baby.He said he would have somebody out and that’s exactly what he did. I love the place it has a cabin feel to it. I read some of the other reviews and yes things do need fixing the place is old but you can see that they are working on these things.What I love most is they have their own personal touch they shop local for their coffee and toiletries.That’s a personal touch I would take this any day over many of the hotels I stay in for travel.Also their is Google translate

I loved the ease of check in and check out. The room was very clean, very basic but an excellent value for the expense. They provided k cups and a coffee maker, ample clothes storage if needed, and an Extremely comfortable bed. I will plan on coming here again.

What I didn't like was by no means the fault of the motel. Pittsfield is simply very dark the streets are not very well lit and the buses do not run very late so being in a location that is a tad out of the way was a bit inconvenient at times but again that's not the fault of the motel, I put that blame on Pittsfield.

Went with my pregnant wife who often complains about the comfort of hotel beds. She was ecstatic with how comfortable the bed was (I also enjoyed it, but I could probably get a good night’s sleep on a large, hard rock). The cost of the stay was superb and the Property Manager was friendly when we met him. Overall, would highly recommend.

The shower was a bit small and the location is a little ways off from most of Pittsfield and the stuff therein, but these are really minor things if we’re being honest.

Super clean, very comfortable beds/pillows & great location! The ease of check-in is unsurpassed! The rooms have a refrigerator and microwave and they allow furry/pawed family members as well! We've stayed at many 'economical' motels/hotels in and around the Pittsfield/Lenox/Lee area and the unanimous concensus of my family is that Heart of the Berkshires motel is *unquestionably* the best of its kind within the same class. We plan to return every year when visiting the berkshires!

There was some hot water issues in one of the rooms (during our 2nd visit here in 2 mos.) but management was sincere and caring and we were adequately compensated for this issue.

The facility has obviously been refurbished with basics okay if all you need is a bed. The room was a bit rough around the edges and little comfort amenities like a cushy chair or two, and lighting kind of sub par. Two other rooms had smokers sitting out front and the smoke found its way into our room

Loved the decor, the coffee maker, fridge/microwave combo, and private front entrance with a chair on the patio stoop for sitting outside and enjoying the evening. Loved that the check-in process was virtual. Also very pet friendly - my dog enjoyed his stay as well. Overall great value for the price.

Mattress was a tiny bit firm for my liking and light shown through the front door window that didn't have a covering. And the shower took a long time to heat!

This was a great value for a lovely, clean, and comfortable room. I appreciated the multiple door locks and the fact that it is right on the bus route. Oh and the coffee, that was Highly appreciated! I've stayed here 3 times now and will surely be back again soon. Thank you.

What a gem of a property- old school motel feel with clean rooms and kind staff. Self check-in was easy. Rates cannot be beat. It was a peaceful space away from the busy commercial districts. Would definitely recommend to folks looking for a low key vibe.

I loved the character and the location! This was a great option for the area and our price range. We were very happy with the room!!

The only thing we didn’t like was the bathroom. The shower had peeling paint that stuck to our feet. It was all clean except the bathroom could have used a little tlc.

Great price very clean. Nice interior felt safe. Would recommend it to anybody and would stay again.

Maintenance have been a little better had a burned out lightbulb and the entry switch for the light did not work but other than that, it was a great place
