Food was delicious! Host was great with local information and was warm and friendly. We felt really at home there. We will certainly stay there again.

We loved this quiet corner of the world with its cozy cabin with 100% creature comforts included. Meghan was very helpful with additional information. We enjoyed walking the property and even taking a dip in the pond! Birdsong, starry skies, wood fire, billard table. Everything was perfect for a restful stay, cut off from the internet and instead connecting with each other. Thank you for the warm welcome and the cherished memories!

We loved everything about our stay at Bark eater inn. Location is absolutely stunning, rooms are nice and clean, all of the staff members were so friendly and made us feel right at home, breakfast was delicious. We will definitely come back! Thank you for everything :)

I made a reservation for the weekend. A couple days later, I read that the temperature was going to drop to 30 degrees below zero (wind chill minus 50 or more) which would make it impossible to ski or do much of anything. I asked nicely but was unable to cancel my 2-day reservation or get any sort of voucher or credit toward a future stay. It’s their right to maximize profits, and I’m the stupid one for reserving a room at a place (and with a booking agency, booking.com) that doesn’t allow cancellations, but it is also my right to walk away feeling unhappy. For all I know, the place may be lovely. if you are absolutely rock solid that you are going to show up (or if you don’t care about losing $650), give them a try.
