The location is excellent right in town on the lake. Great view!

Bird poop on outside ledge of balcony hang out area and non-working fireplace…wasn’t informed before stay! Tissue box was empty, no paper towels. No water bottles offered in room upon arrival. It was $1600 for 3 nights in second week of June through booking.com😳 Should be less expensive for the minimal amenities. It’s only a place to stay, not really to make use of when in the apartment. No hot tub, pool or extras for this high price!!! Does have jacuzzi tub in a tiny bathroom, though! Didn’t try it out. Very simple and cute aesthetic decor in the space, despite the highly over priced rates

We liked the location. In the center of Lake Placid and everything we needed was within walking distance. The Haus had a nice porche overlooking Mirror Lake. The staff at Haus was responsive to our needs. The staff at Booking was trying to be helpful but were calling the wrong phone number and found their communications with the Haus lacking.

The decor in room 3 needed updating as the rug and couch looked worn.

The property was very nice. It was clean, tidy and everything was well kept and comfortable. They had provided cute decorations for us as it was a bachelorette weekend and were very hospitable.

The directions on where to park were very confusing. We ended up getting two tickets while we were there though we followed directions. And the light in the bathroom was broken for a time but they promptly fixed it when notified.

The staff was very easy to reach. They addressed any concerns we had in a timely manner. The location was perfect for a visit to Lake Placid. We stayed in Apartment 4 which had a balcony with a lake view. The apartment was very quiet which was a plus.

We stayed in apartment 1 for one of the three nights of our stay. There was a fair amount of street noise in Apartment 1.

Everything! Just love returning to this place! Love the rooms, the character, the location, the views. I wish I could live in studio 4; we were upstairs this time and it was great too! All the rooms have their own individual fun aspects.

If I had to say anything critical it was just hard for my mom because of the stairs. But we knew that and it was worth the extra efforts to come and go.

Location of Hotel in middle of the town was fantastic. Rooms were very quiet. Sunrises were beautiful. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was organized and plenty stocked. Will definitely plan to cook a meal or two next visit to cut down on eating-out cost.

Only ding on the entire place was the inside shower curtain was slightly moldy. Easily replaceable.

The location is really nice, on the main town street with lots of shops, restaurants and cafes. Clean and smells nice. You have a parking permit from owner, which is really convenient.

Trash bins under sink was full at arrival moment. And I'd like to see k-cup coffee machine.

The view is AWAZING and all the amenities were there. The place is cozy, and you could cook an entire meal there with everything in place.

Parking is a little bit of an issue - it's a few minutes to walk where the resident parking pass (provided) allows you to stay.

Comfortable bed, nice simple kitchen and deep soaking bathtub.

Internet speed was dicey. I needed to work from there and found the internet connection was weak when sitting in the kitchen or bed.

The location is great ! The highlight is the magnificent view on the lake. Very comfortable stay and easy to communicate with staff.
