Quaint, older hotel, very clean, comfortable mattress, well located. My friend and I had separate bedrooms with a shared bathroom.

We were unable to set up the TV. It appeared brand new, so perhaps needed to be set up by staff. Not being television watchers, it was not a problem.

Location is top notch. Room 112 was quite nice. Free coffee station is lovely. Staff was helpful.

Everything could use an upgrade, particularly the bathroom fixtures. There was a very strong draft coming in through the closed bathroom window. Not very clean throughout hotel.

I love the traditional feel of the Pines! I was always treated with respect and a smile. The rooms were very accommodating for my needs .

we own a house in town which we sometimes rent. This weekend it was rented but we volunteered at the luge race. have stayed at the pines before and loved it

No front desk person on duty, would be nice for check in.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Our room was very clean. Bed was huge and comfortable. It was so nice to have room hospitality each day, I didn’t expect that . There is a restaurant on the porch that serves lunch and dinner. It has very good food. I would definitely stay here again.
