The room was good. Bed comfortable. Servic very good

There should be at least two bottles of water in the room to take for a small price added to the bill. Then replenished. The soda machines had water but was inaccessible due to not taking cards. Only cash accepted and only one and five dollar bills so I had a ten dollar bill and could not use the soda machine. These machines need updating. The hotel can make a lot of money if they provided water service in the rooms for a price. Also they need a small concession stand in the lobby area. Healthy snacks for sale. Like peanuts, cashews, chocolate bars etc

The location is very convenient and easy to get to. The rooms are comfortable and clean when I check in and only at check-in. .

The rooms can be cleaned better. Sometimes I think they just make the bed and take away the dirty towels. My floor was not cleaned, and my bathroom was not cleaned either. A room should smell clean and fresh daily. The breakfast could be better.too. they have been serving the same food for years. .

Desk attendant,said breakfast was on 2nd,floor. Yet,there was,NO DIRECTION when the,elevator doors,open on on or near,the landing. It was actually up a,staircase,to,the next level. And,the,sign regarding the,breakfast room was on one side, of the, door, that when closed,wasn't seen. And of course the staff spoke very little,English. which made,the,stay less,comfortable.

Comfy beds, excellent pillows!!! Good location, good price.

Kinda dingy, beat up... The tub was old and faded, the bathroom counter propped up with lathes, stains on the bedspread, door handles falling off closet, tub wouldn't shut off all the way, the hairdryer didn't work and was covered with someone else's makeup.

I never saw breakfast if there was one and I was not informed if it was available. The location was what I needed and

The clerk who checked me in would have been nice if he smiled and had some sort of conversation it was not busy at all I felt like he was either doing a double shift or just don’t care not sure which it was . The hall way smelled like people were cooking in the rooms my room however did not smell

Initially I was given a room with a closed connecting door to adjacent room. Music being played was too loud for me. They moved me to a room with no one on either side. The bed was very comfortable and they were kind about the switch. The Wi-Fi was free and worked, the room was easy to manage, the water hot. Good tub too.

Hot water at breakfast ran out by 9:30.

It was nice and clean

The only bad thing was the elevators, one of them didn’t work and the other one would take more than 5 minutes to come down or up, you would push the bottom and it was like if the signal wasn’t going to the elevator so we had to use stairs the whole time

The room was nice and clean and comfortable. The service was also fast and courteous.

Being right next to a restaurant made getting back into the hotel a hassle. We tried entering through one of the side doors but it was locked and our key cards wouldn’t even open it. So we had to walk all the way around to the other side of the building to the front door, and through the seating area of the restaurant. It was just inconvenient.

Friendly and helpful staff (my dad and son both forgot things in the room when we checked out and they set them aside for us to pick up), easy check-in and check-out, comfortable, quiet, good breakfast

Location was good with helpful staff. They still clean the rooms every day which is rare and a treasure to me. Great value for money.

Property could use a facelift.
