Hotel in a great location, room cleaned most days with new towels provided. Loved the cold water at reception as coming in from the very hot city to a very cold cup of water was great, nice little touch. Breakfast was lovely in the little cafe out the back, it did get very busy but the lady did her best to serve everyone quickly and she was so nice. AC was great in to room as it was very hot outside. Tube station only around the corner and bus transport was great also, buy the tube/bus pass great value. Pizza slices around the corner called Roma fab!!!! WIFI was grand

Can't be helped as it is New York, rooms are small and so are the beds! Bathroom was very small and the water pressure was so bad in the shower , it was a trickle at best!!!!But we were on the 16th floor! Again not hotels fault but a lot of homeless going through the rubbish bags outside.

Poor quality housekeeping

Every time you stepped into the hotel you were greeted with a smile and a hello! Staff on reception were really lovely and welcoming. Location was fantastic not too far from lots of landmarks such as one Vanderbilt, New York Public Library and Empire State Building. The Bagel shop a couple doors up was very convenient and plenty of nice eateries just a couple minutes walk away. I’d definitely stay again and our room 1304 had a great view of the top of Empire State Building and the ice machine was just outside our door.

Rooms were small , it’s not a complaint really as we expected it to be.

The property was super clean. The attendants at the desk and the cafe were super helpful and friendly. Very accommodating. I loved their complimentary cold,refreshing lemon water always available when we came in from a long outing! They had good selections in their cafe also!

The only thing I didn’t like about the property is that it wasn’t super obvious where to go in at. Once we’d come and gone a few times,we knew where to look. But to a first-time visitor in NYC, everything is overwhelming and their entrance could have been more noticeable.

Friendly staff that responded to requests very promptly. Excellent customer service.

The showers are very slippery and dangerous. The drains are in the center, and the shelf for your soap is at the far end. Almost fell several times. The bathroom, in general, very small and has no vents. The TV had no channels. No New York 1 or YES Network.

The staff was always polite and helpful and the room was clean. It was easy to commute to and from the hotel since it was close to the trains and city attractions. We also got help with our bags between check-out time and our bus schedule, which was a big plus.

The room was smaller than expected. Breakfast wasn't included and there were no fridge or microwave in the room. We were ok with it but it might be a big deal for others.

Thank you to Pathik who was very kind, helpful and even though we had some troubles with payment was very understanding and patient. Very good customer service by Pathik and he made our stay at NYC better.

Great location, staff very friendly and accommodating, they keep your luggage free of charge after check out, rooms are not that small.

Cleaning isn’t done absolutely every day but at least once every couple days, walls are kind of thin and door blocks no noise at all so request to be far from elevators.

Everything. It looks like is a family hotel. The girls at the reception are lovely . We got a room with views to the empire state and our whole stay was very pleasant. I would definately go back . The room was big enough with batroom aside . Good size overall . They cleaned our room every day.

The room was small but comfortable, clean, and quiet. It was well located for my purposes, convenient to Grand Central Terminal. The bed was very comfortable. Everything needed was provided including good Wi-Fi and toiletries. The price was very good for NY even in off-season. I would stay again.

The bathroom lighting isn’t great.
