good value for money in NYC, a 20 min drive to the ferry to get to Manhattan, nice, contemporary lobby design, comfy beds, window in room opens some if you don't want to use AC; good, plentiful breakfast, free parking.

Positives: Excellent service both at the reception and the dining area. Breakfast was pretty decent for its range. Free shuttle to and from the ferry.

Not-so-positives. Not very accessible from anywhere and though they provide a shuttle, it would be nice if they can use some chat messaging apps to contact the hotel. We texted through the booking platform asking for shuttle service from the ferry port but no to no avail. Parking spots are free but plan to wait for a bit to find a vacant one.

The rooms were pretty clean and the beds were comfortable enough for us. The staff seem nice too.

A lot of renovations around this property on another hotel. Bikes were scattered all around like a junk yard. No door except the front so if you had to park around back it was a longer walk to get back inside.

It was close to bus stop. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Breakfast was every day almost the same, not very diverse. On Thursday they run out of Kellogs cereals, next daz out of honey and didn't add any till Saturday. Wi-fi wasn't working in rooms from Wednesday night till Saturday when we left.

The breakfast is always good and serves varying Gluten Free options: frittatas. eggs, bacon, sausage, muffins, yogurt, juices, fruit, coffee. My room is always comfortable and clean, with no hassle to schedule housekeeping (delay or trash or spill needs). The front desk has Gluten Free options, too. Christine is especially welcoming. The location is perfect for easy access to Brooklyn, the Rockaways, and Perth Amboy.

It was good the breakfast excellent quiet and good location the only thing was that at night it was a lot of young people smoking drinking in front of property after 1 am but don’t know if it was a party or a club near almost couldn’t find parking but don’t know if is always like that

Every staff member was extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone was over the top! The room was clean and modern.I absolutely loved the shade in the windowThat was a picture of the New York skyline that blended in with the building next door so well that it looked like water. It looked real. I would love to know where I can have these shades made for my own home! I forgot to ask! I mentioned to family and friends at the function we attended that the hotel was a wonderful stayFor anyone visiting Staten Island.

The area that the hotel was in seemed a little sketchy.It was a little uncomfortable leaving my car in the parking lot where I couldn't see it. There were just a lot of people walking around past midnight Without any kind of Open business in sight. I like to get out and walk around a little bit and see the area, . but it was a little scary at this location, We Ordered a delivery from an extensive list of eateries. Therefore we didn't venture out.

A quiet retreat, next to the lovely park but within striking distance for the Staten Island ferry = just perfect. A special mention for the senior guy who was so helpful and friendly when serving the wonderful breakfast.

I just couldn’t get the shower hot enough, but I always enjoy it above the normal. Thanks for the lovely experience.

The room and the facilities in general were very clean. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was really good and there were plenty of food choices.

The mattress was too hard. I didn't like the fact that the toilet was very low. We are tall people and it was almost like using a camping toilet.

I paid for this room I arrived back at 1230 am all I had time to do was Sleep . & check out by 11 .. ugggg. Wow. Had an event to go to. Time was Short
