I liked everything about this property. Very easy to find right off the interstate. It was clean, smelled good, the beds were super comfy and the shower with endless hot water was amazing. The staff was super kind and even went the extra mile to check our room and make sure everything was stocked and right since we were on the second floor and the elevators were down for maintenance. And the free breakfast the next morning was very good.

The hotel was doing renovations! The whole hotel the pool was not open ! The room keys would work one time and we had to keep getting new keys! Got a little sick and the elevator didn’t. Work had to walk up three floors no help from staff key to room didn’t work! They decided to wait for the elevator! While I laid suck on their floors! But the rooms were nice the hotel will look very nice once they are finished

Some of the staff is lazy ! The room keys not wrong after one time used .

The renovation was nice and modern. The bed was comfortable and clean. I appreciated the mini fridge.

The bathroom item( soaps, shampoo, conditioner) were extremely cheap and smelled bad. The rooms were renovated but the bathtub/shower combo needed updated due to chipping and rusting.

When I checked in they automatically changed me from a single room on the second floor to a first floor room as I have trouble with stairs and the elevator was down.

Elevator broke again

Breakfast was the standard continental style. Wish they would have had a no-pork option such as turkey for the breakfast sandwichs/

This completely smoke-free hotel was great, but there was no area for me to sit outside and enjoy the evening air.

I loved that the room I was in was newly renovated and mostly clean! I love that it’s close to everything food and shopping.

First two nights all of the parking spots were filled and I had to park on the curb.

Everything. The staff is so friendly and very helpful.

The only thing I didn't like is they didn't have bacon biscuits. Only sausage biscuits. Get some bacon in there please.

My room door was the only issue I had. It didn’t latch right. I did tell front desk but not sure if maintenance came and looked at it.

it was in a good location. the staff was friendly.

it was really dirty. the stairways had bags of trash and food crushed into the carpet. there is minimal parking upfront and as a mom with small children walking from the back of the hotel to the front in the dark was not fun. there was also someone doing drugs in the parking lot which made it scarier.

We liked that they had silverware, sugar, salt, coffee ,etc all ready to be used including jelly packets. People staying in the hotel were nice as well as staff. Place is very clean , under very good cleaning management.

AC didn't seem to be working well and our room ended up being like 87 °F. The location doesn't have much to do for vacation unless you're going for business. Doesn't have as much restaurants nearby.
