Location was great, just over the bridge and nearby to everything. Pools and hot tub were ok. Heat the hot tub a little more please and keep kids out so adults can use.

The breakfast needs improvement. No meat option besides microwaved mini sandwich. No eggs. No full assortment as other locations have. Just waffles, cereal, microwave sandwiches and some bakery options. Also had a bad experience with the neighboring room that made us super uneasy. Explained that to the housekeeper on our way out. This was upsetting as the facility was very nice. (Would like to try again)

The staff were very friendly, especially Karen, one of the breakfast staff. The location is ideal. The views were great. Indoor heated pool and hot tub were great. The beds were comfortable. Air conditioners worked well.

The bathrooms had terrible ventilation/fans. Bathroom walls paint was peeling in several spots and wasn't sure if there was mold or not. The tile floors grout could use some cleaning. Breakfast options were okay but could use some improving. I read another review that said it was a lot of sugary foods so I knew what to expect. The smoking area being right in the parking lot was a turnoff.

The Location was Excellent. The view of the Ocean from our Balcony was Phenomenal. The Room was large and had a Good Layout. The staff was friendly and even gave you a tour/explanation of Property when checking in. The Breakfast Lady/Hostess was Super Friendly and always on the movie making sure everything was refilled.

Nothing We really didn't like, More could have been better (IMO). The breakfast Could have more selection. Especially Hot items like Eggs, Sausage, Gravy, Etc. During Peak Times could see parking being an issue. During our trip we were always able to find a Parking Space though. The Beds were OK, but have had better.

This place was absolutely WONDERFUL. PERFECT location, the pool was great, the staff were so helpful, it was overall an amazing experience. Definitely one of the best vacations we have ever had.

The ONLY thing I would say wasn’t my favorite is it’s different buildings, and if you take the elevator it’s only in 1 building and if yours is the one on the very end you have to walk through a bunch of breezeways to get to it or each building has stairs which are nice and clean just a long haul to carry your things on the first & last day. But it’s worth it!

It’s close proximity to the beach . Our ocean view room with a balcony and rockers. Your continental breakfast was an excellent assortment of breakfast items. Cleanliness and updated features in our room. Ex-large shower was a nice surprise! Extra white like new bath towels! We really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be returning guests. We will and already have highly recommended Ocean Isle Inn to others.

If other guests were loud in the adjacent room . You could hear them clearly. Parking was a bit tight. But, there was always a spot across the street in the public beach parking lot.

Location and amenities were spot on! It was wonderful to sit around d the fire pit with an ocean breeze at night 😃! The staff was soooo friendly and shout out to Ed who made sure everyone had a personal tour and answered every question . He checked with you as he saw you out And about the property to I sure you were enjoying your stay!!! The breakfast room attendant was happy and greeted everyone with events and things to do in town! I highly recommend this hotel!

The only complaint I had was that we couldn’t stay longer.

Our stay at Ocean Isle Inn was perfect in every way. The location is within easy walking distance to the town of Ocean Isle where there were restaurants, shopping and bars. The beach was only a few steps from our room. The two pools were also appreciated if we wanted a break from hanging out on the beach. The staff were friendly and attentive to the guests. Jay greeted us upon arrival. He was a pleasure to talk to and he went over the hotel amenities and other helpful information.

I liked everything about my experience here at Ocean Isle Inn! The staff were all very nice and helpful and the location was great. It is literally directly on the beach and you have direct access. The rooms were very clean upon arrival and everything was as described! Would definitely stay here again.

I don't think I have any complaints about my stay here. The pool and hot tub closing down by 10 was a bit of a letdown because most nights I wasn't able to even attempt to get down there until like 9:30, but that isn't even a complaint, that's just if I had to choose!

Very clean, staff was helpful, beds and bedding were very comfortable.

Parking was a bit awkward, but alright. Using the luggage cart was difficult due to only one elevator at the office. This doesn't sound too bad but you must go through multiple buildings that have 2 doors each. They are just regular doors so not so easy. But my biggest complaint would be sound. You could hear everything!!! And really needed a bathtub since I was traveling with my 2yo grandson
