Its location was good just for the one night we were there

The noise coming from the neighbor due to a connecting door not being properly insulated, the AC unit was very loud, and water damage in bathroom that’s now causing mold needs to be addressed.

Love this place! Great location! Clean comfortable rooms and beds. Breakfast has a good selection of items. Pools are wonder! Walkable to the pier and restaurants. Friendly, hard working staff. Definitely coming back! My 4tg time staying here.

Only issue was the only elevator broke on our first day and climbing all those stairs for elderly people was really difficult. They fixed it by the next day and definitely made a huge difference. Not sure we could have stayed the rest of the week without a working elevator. Thanks to the staff who got it fixed!!!!

Cleanest hotel I’ve ever experienced, hands down. You will see more staff on the property than guests. Constant cleaning, as if using Covid protocol. From the ice machine to the valet carts, staff are constantly on the move to clean and service guests. I even got cleaning service at 2:30. All I had to do was place our ‘needs cleaning’ placard on door. Vigilant, kind staff! I can’t say enough about this place. We will always stay here! Best location, near everything.

Don’t expect eggs and bacon with the free breakfast. Otherwise, waffles, cereal, bagels, etc. were perfect.

Location was great, just over the bridge and nearby to everything. Pools and hot tub were ok. Heat the hot tub a little more please and keep kids out so adults can use.

The breakfast needs improvement. No meat option besides microwaved mini sandwich. No eggs. No full assortment as other locations have. Just waffles, cereal, microwave sandwiches and some bakery options. Also had a bad experience with the neighboring room that made us super uneasy. Explained that to the housekeeper on our way out. This was upsetting as the facility was very nice. (Would like to try again)

The staff were very friendly, especially Karen, one of the breakfast staff. The location is ideal. The views were great. Indoor heated pool and hot tub were great. The beds were comfortable. Air conditioners worked well.

The bathrooms had terrible ventilation/fans. Bathroom walls paint was peeling in several spots and wasn't sure if there was mold or not. The tile floors grout could use some cleaning. Breakfast options were okay but could use some improving. I read another review that said it was a lot of sugary foods so I knew what to expect. The smoking area being right in the parking lot was a turnoff.

The Location was Excellent. The view of the Ocean from our Balcony was Phenomenal. The Room was large and had a Good Layout. The staff was friendly and even gave you a tour/explanation of Property when checking in. The Breakfast Lady/Hostess was Super Friendly and always on the movie making sure everything was refilled.

Nothing We really didn't like, More could have been better (IMO). The breakfast Could have more selection. Especially Hot items like Eggs, Sausage, Gravy, Etc. During Peak Times could see parking being an issue. During our trip we were always able to find a Parking Space though. The Beds were OK, but have had better.

This place was absolutely WONDERFUL. PERFECT location, the pool was great, the staff were so helpful, it was overall an amazing experience. Definitely one of the best vacations we have ever had.

The ONLY thing I would say wasn’t my favorite is it’s different buildings, and if you take the elevator it’s only in 1 building and if yours is the one on the very end you have to walk through a bunch of breezeways to get to it or each building has stairs which are nice and clean just a long haul to carry your things on the first & last day. But it’s worth it!

The view was amazing. The Ocean Isle Inn was very clean and tidy. Loved the location. The breakfast was all you needed to include waffles, toast, English muffins, bagels,, oatmeal, cereal, eggs, sausage biscuits, fresh fruit, coffee, and juices. They also have SF options for syrup and jelly. Very sweet staff working there.

We had an issue with the AC but maintenance came right away and repaired. You could hear others in conversation beside our room maybe need to soundproof a little better.

It’s close proximity to the beach . Our ocean view room with a balcony and rockers. Your continental breakfast was an excellent assortment of breakfast items. Cleanliness and updated features in our room. Ex-large shower was a nice surprise! Extra white like new bath towels! We really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be returning guests. We will and already have highly recommended Ocean Isle Inn to others.

If other guests were loud in the adjacent room . You could hear them clearly. Parking was a bit tight. But, there was always a spot across the street in the public beach parking lot.
