Location was great, just over the bridge and nearby to everything. Pools and hot tub were ok. Heat the hot tub a little more please and keep kids out so adults can use.

The breakfast needs improvement. No meat option besides microwaved mini sandwich. No eggs. No full assortment as other locations have. Just waffles, cereal, microwave sandwiches and some bakery options. Also had a bad experience with the neighboring room that made us super uneasy. Explained that to the housekeeper on our way out. This was upsetting as the facility was very nice. (Would like to try again)

It’s close proximity to the beach . Our ocean view room with a balcony and rockers. Your continental breakfast was an excellent assortment of breakfast items. Cleanliness and updated features in our room. Ex-large shower was a nice surprise! Extra white like new bath towels! We really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be returning guests. We will and already have highly recommended Ocean Isle Inn to others.

If other guests were loud in the adjacent room . You could hear them clearly. Parking was a bit tight. But, there was always a spot across the street in the public beach parking lot.

I liked everything about my experience here at Ocean Isle Inn! The staff were all very nice and helpful and the location was great. It is literally directly on the beach and you have direct access. The rooms were very clean upon arrival and everything was as described! Would definitely stay here again.

I don't think I have any complaints about my stay here. The pool and hot tub closing down by 10 was a bit of a letdown because most nights I wasn't able to even attempt to get down there until like 9:30, but that isn't even a complaint, that's just if I had to choose!

Very clean, staff was helpful, beds and bedding were very comfortable.

Parking was a bit awkward, but alright. Using the luggage cart was difficult due to only one elevator at the office. This doesn't sound too bad but you must go through multiple buildings that have 2 doors each. They are just regular doors so not so easy. But my biggest complaint would be sound. You could hear everything!!! And really needed a bathtub since I was traveling with my 2yo grandson

Excellent facilities - very clean and recently remodeled. Room was large and ocean view was unbeatable! Outdoor pool was closed while I was there during Spring Break, but heated indoor pool and hot tub were both clean and heated nicely. Beautiful beach is steps away - hardly anyone on beach during my stay - felt like I had it all to myself! Lots of covered parking which was nice. Staff is very friendly, breakfast good! Walkable distance to several good restaurants. Short drive to shops and more restaurants. Overall 10/10 during my stay. Will be back next year.

Nothing - everything was to my satisfaction!

staff was very friendly and helpful, The breakfast was nice. The facility was clean, access to the Beach was great, parking was excellent, rooms and linens were clean, room walls were freshly painted, and the shower was nice. We were glad they had normal size toilets. we've had the misery of staying at Marriotts with the 1/2 sized toilets. no thank you. we are adults not 4' tall 8 year olds. YES THIS IS IMPORTANT TO PEOPLE. YA HEAR ME MARRIOTT!!! no tiny toilets!!!

Room A/c was really loud, the lock to the balcony was very difficult to work. staff sent maintenance to the room as soon as I talked with the front desk about the a/c and balcony lock. . The good thing is we stayed in march, I'm sure the staff will get these things ready before summer high season. .

We loved Ocean Isle Inn. Wonderful location, clean and friendly staff. We will definitely stay here again. Loved the pool and spa. Breakfast was good and the lady was very friendly. Front desk staff friendly and loved that they had coffee.

Would have liked the beds to have made less noise. They seemed to move since the headboard was attached to the wall but the mattress was not. However, that did not make us enjoy the trip any less.

Location and room were great.

Elevator was broken and has been for months. The coffee machine in the breakfast room was not drinkable, went to get a Kuerig from the check in desk and the lady working said the coffee maker was closed during breakfast. This forced me to get into my car and drive in search for a drinkable cup of coffee. The only other issue I had was the very thin walls and my neighbor was playing their tv very loud past my bedtime.

The hotel was clean, but older...which was ok. No worries. The location was excellent... right on the beach. We were visiting family..so the location was close. Good value.

We thought it was just a little noisy.. we could hear the people in the next room. Also, the door had a rather large gap around it.. hence, hallway noise. And the water pressure could have been better. Neither of these things were a deal breaker. We would stay here again.
