Lovely big room. Really well set out. Comfy bed. Excellent laundry facilities. Lovely staff at reception when I checked in and when I left.

Entering the room it smelt damp. It disappeared after a bit but it was there when I came back to the room.

I love the size, cleanliness and comfort of the bed. Location was awesome with a few of my favorite stores close by. The stall was friendly and informative.

The microwave was really outdated, small with rust on outside of door. Also signs of rust inside of microwave. I requested another microwave but was offered another room. Had already unpacked so I declined. Not a deal breaker but ....

The young man at the desk that had his hair shaved off on one side was very very very very disrespectful and rude. I had a serious issue and he refused. And he stated he could not help me at all and he said he had to get off the phone no more to say to me. I told him I have a reservation. He said he didn't care. This is the worst at any hotel that I was treated and spoken to like that.

Cleaness

That according to Booking the property should not be asking for deposit. They requested a deposit of $150 when I called they told me that booking policy was wrong and that they have their own policy that states that a deposit of $150 is required. They should not be listed on booking or have a statement that they don't abide Booking policy about requiring a deposit.

Desk staff very friendly and helpful. The check in time was easy. Extremely clean. We were traveling through and tired and the room was nice and bed very cozy. The continental breakfast was very good and full on buffet. We would definitely stay here again on our travels through the area. I can’t say 1 negative about our stay at Comfort Suites in Sanford NC.

Cleanliness and big thanks to the hard-working lady at the breakfast, making sure that the tables are clean and everything is perfect. She deserves a raise.

No electric vehicle charging station or even an outlet available to plug in the vehicle. It was not a deal breaker but it required us to spend extra time at a fast charger. So having a charger or outlet would be a time saving plus.

Place was very clean. Staff was pleasant. Room was comfortable, breakfast was a nice touch. Had a great time there

Drove 5 hrs to get there was a little crazy bc I was 2 hrs early and had to wait in parking lot for 2 hrs so I can check in. I know we were early and SH.

Breakfast needs improvement. Noticed low score from health department

I don't like the floaters in the toilets it makes the toilets continuously run and you have to jiggle the handle a lot. Told front desk and they assisted but problem was still there

Friendly Staff

They close breakfast to early. They don’t even leave out coffee. Also the indoor pool was empty with no warning while booking. That was a main reason for choosing this hotel.
