We had left a hotel in Evanston, Illinois that was a great deal more expensive. Your Holiday Inn Express was cleaner, more spacious, offered a much better breakfast and had a nicer staff. Further, all of the electrical outlets worked! (Only two of eleven worked in Evanston.)

Convenient to several towns. It is nestled down low between two highways. Our room was very clean. We stayed on the backside which was quiet. Breakfast area was neat and had a good variety of foods. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to whatever we needed. Parking was easy.

Hallway on the third floor smelled like smoke even though it is a non smoking property. However our room did not.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, good breakfast. Nice staff. Saved me from my original horrific mistake of staying across the street at Falls Inn (just don’t).

The pool wasn’t too inviting so I decided not to swim.

Good place to stay for a night when you're traveling on 80. Room seemed clean. Had a great dinner at local supper club, thanks to staff for the recommendation. No complaints. We were only there to sleep.

No complaints, but we just wanted a place to sleep (arrived late, left early). Did not investigate any facilities or breakfast, so cannot comment on anything besides the room itself.

The lady handling breakfast was the person whom made my whole stay.

Staff overall was unfriendly and not welcoming at all. The hotel was hot and stuffy when I arrived. It’s a dated hotel. Cleanliness was an issue and every light on the hall on floor 3 had the shade broken.

Very clean throughout. Comfortable beds! Breakfast area was well thought out with variety of options of both hot and cold items; also very clean and well tended to. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We were pleased with the entire stay

The room was very nice and very clean with everything you would need for comfort. Breakfast choices were many & good. The beds were very comfortable. It was a very pleasant stay.

Breakfast was a typical free spread - cereals, oatmeal, warm option (eggs, sausage), make your own pancakes, and the cinnamon rolls. Nothing stellar, but a quick morning bite. Beds were comfy. Everything was clean. Great bath products (soap, shampoo, etc.).

The breakfast was pretty good, they had bacon available but I wish hotels would find a more appetizing egg dish. Don't ever get rid of the warm pastries. Even though my room faced the interstate the trucks didn't interfere with my sleep.

Decent breakfast, coffee maker in room, close to highway for easy on and off, Near Newton Falls which had plenty of dining choices and easy to get to.

Too much light let into room difficult to sleep.
