very comfortable room. only 2 floors. one hallway each floor easy to find comfortable lobby with amazingly friendly hardworking helpful staff. breakfast was amazing many options from heart healthy omelettes, bran greek yogurts to something for more indulgent preferences, meats galore. easy parking and a stones throw to highway 2 for neighboring towns or interstates beyond or beautiful vermillion on the water just five minute drive away. much more affordable and convenient than house rental options in town (which we’ve enjoyed on previous visits.) the property is a practical cost effective solution but managed with the utmost quality in cleanliness, food and service. consistently. be kind to them when you are tired and weary. they are working hard, at modest pay, to help you. oh and, fresh ground costa coffee, while you wait, on tap, 24/7 :)

there was a guest health emergency during our stay that required emergency services to be called. the front staff managed all of that while continuing to cater to guest arrivals departures and other guest needs. it was a thing to behold.

Cleanliness! pool hours 5:30am to 11:00pm. I like to workout in the pool in the mornings and hubby and I like to relax in the pool after a busy day of a motorcycle ride. Most hotels pool hours open late and close early. Location is in a great area. Restaurants/store/gas a short distance away. Very Friendly staff!

The tub drained very slowly. We just dealt with it as we liked the room we were in. We had a nice window view of grassy area (we were hoping to see deer, but did not), also, our room was a few steps from the pool which made it very convenient. We did inform the staff of the slow draining.

The staff were very polite and professional. The breakfast was out of this world. It was the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel and I'm 60 years old.

Having to leave because I retired to Texas and I came home to visit and stayed at the hotel that I drove by for years but that was the first time ever actually entering the establishment and it truly made me feel like I was home again. Thank you!

The vibe of the hotel was great. Close to both cities i needed to be by. Very clean and maintained. The breakfast was great. And best of all dog friendly although there is a cost. Pool was nice fitness room is nice as well. Bed and pillows are really comfortable. The room i stayed in was excellent. The bathroom has lots of space and complementary shampoo conditioner lotuon and body wash (dove brand)

Good on Sunday mediocre on Monday. Got there at 7'30 for breakfast and bacon was gone lol

Noisy for about a half an hour after 11 Saturday night. I realize they only have so much control but it was annoying

Beds were very comfortable. Hotel was less than 5 minutes from our destination.

After arriving home from my stay, I noticed I had a charge on my card that should not be there. After calling the Holiday Inn they were told they could only see the one and this was a booking.com issue. I have submitted my documentation and am hoping to have this charge reversed as soon as possible.

We needed to check in before a local wedding at 15.00. I emailed in advance, and they said they would try to have room ready early. Despite being full the night before, they had a room for us at 14.00. We were so grateful.

Room was very clean. AC was amazing! Pool was very nice. Breakfast was really good!

Bed wasn't the most comfortable but probably just because it wasn't my bed at home.

This hotel was exceptional! The staff at the front desk was wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. Reserved a room with 1 queen bed and was put in a room with a king bed. Breakfast was great! No fuss,no muss trip.
