That everything was as I expected. The pool was nice, and jacuzzi in my room felt amazing. Everything was cheap quality but worked. I want them to keep their prices down, so I am all about that! It is about 10 minutes away from most things with a really simple drive. A couple of fast food places are right next to it, and a dollar store is pretty close in case you forget something or need a snack.

The carts that carry your things into the building. My mini fridge did get too cold and froze some of my food. Next time, I will turn down the thermostat on it (it is a big mini fridge, though).

The staff was incredible!! I was there just a week ago during the bad weather and tornado activity. I am not from a place that gets tornadoes!! Me and others I was with were visibly nervous. The desk staff really stepped up and was so reassuring to us. They took time to explain their emergency procedures, and helped find travel routes with the downed power lines!! Having someone care in that moment meant the world to me and my friends! This was not isolated to that day. Everyday they were kind, helpful and genuinely cared!!

I travel with my goldendoodle. I asked for a room near a door so I could take him in and out, and they gave me a room next to the side door. The room was sparse but clean. I did not use the pool, but lots of kids were enjoying it. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this motel to anyone who travels with a dog.

The side door key lock was broken, so I was instructed to prop it open when I took my dog outside. It would be nice if they had a grassy area for the dogs.

Quiet location close to attractions and dining. The pool was a plus for the kids; the adults enjoyed the spacious hot tub. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will stay again when we are in the area.

We found long dark hair on one of the towels - no one in our group has long dark hair. This might be a minor thing, but there were no kleenex in the room. We suffer from allergies and were there in the spring. No microwave, coffee pot or mini fridge :(

The vending machines had good options. Everything looked fairly clean. One of the two beds in our room was comfy. The staff was polite and friendly. The water pressure in the shower was good. The locations really close to Cedar Park but still affordable. The indoor pool has a pool lift so that’s pretty cool. It’s pet friendly, so you can sometimes see other guests with their dogs and they may let you pet them.

Some of the furniture needs an update, as it looks chipped and old. The toilet seat looks like something scratched the heck out of it. The second bed in our room wasn’t very comfy, as you could really feel the springs on one side of it.

The location was perfect. I felt safe staying here with my 2 kiddos for a little get away. The assistant manager is whom Checked me in and she was sooo sooo nice and welcoming.

I didn’t like that I had to pay extra for a room to have a refrigerator. I am very travel friendly and love an impromptu get away on a budget. I thought it was a little silly that it was an up charge to have a fridge, but my kids and I surely used it and got the monies worth for our stay.

The price was great for 4 rooms to house 16 people for pur annual family vacation.

The train mentioned in other comments reviews was a downside but to be honest I hardly heard it unless I was actually listening for it. It didnt bother my sleep or anyone else's that was in the party with me.

Friendly staff. Michael was very nice. Affordable. Perfect for a couple of days stay. Location was great. 17 minutes to Cedar Point. The kids liked the pool.

Facilities are dated and in need of some repair. Room was relatively clean but there were some areas that needed some TLC. Train was a little annoying but we managed to sleep through the night.

They generously supplied a fan - the staff was extremely friendly and very welcoming.

The bathroom had a lot of caulk that had separated from the seams of the walls, the toilet seat finish had come off and it was starting to deteriorate.

Location was convenient. Staff very nice, facility was clean.

Shower weak, water ran thru faucet while shower ran., There was no stopper in sink, exhaust fans or safety bars in shower. There was no fridge, coffee pot or anything in the rooms.
