what breakfast? nobody told me anything about a breakfast...I thought we were stuck with the "food court"

couldn't get wifi to work on my laptop OR my tablet/phone, at all. Period. Also, I am a professional with wifi's and computers. Your network people need some retraining. I was too tired to complain and went to bed. I uploaded my reports the next day when I got away from the hotel...overall it was not a pleasant experience also, the "food court" motif sucks in my opinion. I went out to a sit down restaurant in town. I didn't want a tray at a "food court"...whoever came up with this should be fired or demoted to dishwasher

Loved everything other than what is mentioned below. Room was VERY nice and modern, staff was perfect, and location was nice.

The elevator feels a bit creepy, but I’m sure it’s fine. The water (both metal and plastic bottles) were terrible. I frequent hard rock in Tulsa and it seems that Cherokee casino water is just terrible everywhere; even purchased water with your branding is bad. Two more smaller issues; there was hair in the bed/shower and the water pressure was a tad bit too low. Overall great stay! I would like to stay again!

The place was very clean and organized. The location is great when I visit my store.

I wish you had complimentary breakfast. I think this separates alot from other hotels that do offer free breakfast. Most of the staff was nice and friendly. The person that checked me in I think was having a bad day or something. She did not seem to want to be their. She was not rude to me at all. She would not crack a smile. The other person was great.

The hotel property is straightforward and clean, updated rooms. Easy to get to the location. Not crowded, pretty quiet all night. Bathroom was clean and had everything we needed.

Front staff were... indifferent. Pillows were way too large and bulky; made for uncomfortable sleep.

Convenient location, quiet, clean and comfortable room. Efficient check in and out. Several types of dining choices at the food hall. Pastries at the Rise counter were especially good.

It’s minor, but the rooms do not have USB ports available to charge devices. Pizza was so so, although I did like that it was thin crust.

A 24 hour restaurant. A microwave in the bedroom with the fridge would be great. And delivery to your room. I usually stay in the room whie he plays so it’s 12+ hours at time so food delivery with menurs in the rooms. Other the. That fantastic!

I loved that there was lots of food options downstairs. I liked how the Casino gave me something to do. The front desk was very polite and easy to work wiht.

I typically do not have issues with hotel beds but found this bed rather uncomfortable.

We stayed here due to the high costs of rooms in the Bentonville area. It was about a 45 minute drive from where we wanted to be, but it really was not that bad of a drive. The facility was very clean and the room was spacious and very nice! The casino was very busy (Friday night), but we're not big gamblers, so we didn't stay long. There were also several dining choices which we will probably give a try if we ever return. Very satisfied with our stay!

The only thing I didn't care for was the smoke smell in the casino. They did well for trying to cover the smell, but for someone who is never around cigarette smoke, it was a bit overwhelming. But it's a casino, so again, to be expected.

Hotel sea clean and well appointed. Beds were ok, not great; hard but did have toppers. Pillows and linens were good. Warm cookie was tasty.

Beds could be better. The casino itself does not allow much significant winning. Food mall was clean and offered a variety. Ladies at the coffee bar were very friendly and helpful. Also the front desk people were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was very good. You get a lot of food but a little expensive for breakfast

We hd dinner in the Steakhouse which was very clean and staff was wonderful. The food was just ok for a steakhouse. Lacking flavor
