We will only stay in Springhill Suites in Medford from now on. We make the drive to California from Washington once a year and always stopover here for the night. We tried to stay at a cheaper place on the way down and it was not worth it. Springhill Suites was only a little more but so much better in quality. The breakfast is always amazing with passionfruit juice, blueberry compote and waffles, turkey sausage, oatmeal with all kinds of toppings. The pool and whirlpool were clean and warm. The room has plenty of space for everyone. The staff is always helpful.

I accidentally went to the wrong location, there are two in Medford. It's no fault of Marriott, but be sure to make sure your reservations are at the one you're going to. I've now stayed at both and they're great. One is by the airport and the other is across from a Walmart and a lot of restaurants.

The property was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was as good with waffle maker, oatmeal along with toppings, eggs, sausage and or breakfast sandwiches, cereals, stuff for toast , juices , milks yogurt and muffins and fruit.

The swimming pool was tiny. It said for up to 30 people. No way, there was 7-8 people in it and kept running into each other. One elevator so there was long waiting periods to and from room. For the size of property the pool should be bigger and maybe one more elevator.

The room was very clean, and the breakfast had a lot of options. I appreciated the fully stocked towels in the pool area, and the spacious dining area.

There was a delay upon checking in, a miscommunication between Booking.com and the property delayed our check-in for about an hour. It could have easily been resolved if Booking.com was easier to get a hold of. Both the very helpful Front Desk agent and I waiting on hold with Booking.com for over half an hour. The Front Desk Agent was great and did the best with the information she had, Booking.com could have been a lot better.

The person at the front desk at night was exceptional and very welcoming. It felt like a great friend was taking care of us. All the guests loved her happy attitude, and lovely spirit.

Housekeeping could change sheets. The beds were made perfectly.

Breakfast options were very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was nice. Bed comfortable. Convenient location to places to eat and shop. Easy access to freeway.

pillows were a little soft for me.

The location was convenient, right off the freeway. Breakfast was good. Liked the oatmeal, walnuts and cranberries, nonfat milk and Orange. Selection was adequate.

The fitness room was like an oven. Couldn’t turn down the temperature.

The location was great, the room was big and lots of space. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was so good, lots of different selections. The breakfast lady was super polite and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

The suite accommodated my six people family comfortably. The suite was clean and AC was good. Breakfast was better than the other hotels we stayed in during our trip. Front desk staff was pleasant to talk to.

Most of the staff was great and very friendly. Morning shift not so much. Everything was great. Little pricey and the couch had stains all over it so I asked for a blanket to cover it for a cleaner surface. But beds are so comfy and room is nice. Kiddos thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and pool

Great room, just like I would expect from a Marriott. The walls were a bit thin as we heard the dog barking in the room next door, but otherwise we slept fine.
