The place was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is not a comfortable chair to sit in other than a desk chair so if you want to just watch TV either sitting on the bed or sitting in a desk chair. It's probably also time to update the bathrooms has although they were very clean there was chips out of the porcelain tub I'm just a general process of disrepair. But for me it was just fine I really appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed

Staff at check-in and check-out were very friendly and helpful. Our daughter arrived with us, but was only staying a couple hours before heading home, and they were totally cool with that. Room small, but big enough, and the shower was nice. Breakfast quite basic: cereal, wrapped muffins, coffee, and similar - we were the only remaining guests, and the morning desk person walked over to make sure we got into the room for breakfast. This is a very basic room, as expected, and we only paid about $70 on a Saturday night. Seemed a decent neighborhood - Walgreens is next door and Fred Meyer just down the street, plus a number of restaurants...maybe not a walk around at night neighborhood, but not scary.

They have placed power strips, so that you can find a place to plug in a charger, but at least a couple of them didn't seem to work.

Super friendly staff, and clean and comfortable rooms. A great two-night stay, with good breakfast, and offering a 10% discount to eat at a local Mexican restaurant, which was very enjoyable! A good base to explore the area and go to Crater Lake, which is incredible!

They need a new sign! It is a bit shabby and gives the wrong impression. We were apprehensive as we pulled into the place but were pleasantly surprised!

Always clean and safe.

Had to wait longer than usual for someone to come and check me in. Office locked when I arrived and had to call number on note on the door. In the past I could always go into office and, if non one there, ring bell and someone came out right away. This time I had to wait and man came from upstairs outside and yawned the whole time he was helping me!

The staff were very friendly. That was our first impression. The pool looked beautiful. I loved the modern and vintage feel in the rooms. The shower had good water pressure.

The air conditioner was not on when we got to our room. It was 111 degrees F, so our room was quite hot. The room had some random hairs around. Mostly in the bathroom. Then the parking situation was kinda crappy. But it was fine. We were still able to park.

We checked out after breakfast was closed and when we asked if there was coffee, the kind host gave us back our key to get into the locked breakfast area. We made coffee and deposited our key in the drop box. Rooms were very clean and we enjoyed that there were plenty of clean towels, more than we needed.

Everything! The property is sparkly clean, the staff is delightful and helpful, the beds comfortable, the breakfast is good, It’s just absolutely lovely. It’s a family owned motel, and the family obviously takes pride in the customer service as well as all the little details it takes to have a successful business. Yes, it’s on a busy street, but quiet and peaceful inside. , It’s just a few blocks off I-5, with good restaurants within walking distance. Haven’t stopped there in the summer, but there is also a nice outside pool.

Our room was clean. Also, a gentleman, by the name of Fernando, was waiting in the parking lot to give us directions about where to park, etc. He explained that he is there 24/7 and to call him if we need anything. He was very, very friendly and helpful.

There was a lot of noise throughout the night.

The manager of the property was very commited to the needs of travellers and placed an emphasis on cleanliness, comfort, and ensuring each unit was enhancing the guest experience. We were travelling home and the location was an easy on/off from the highway. Once again the manager effectively communicated tips about the amenities offered by the INN as well as the neighborhood businesses. We enjoyed a quiet, restful sleep in a comfortable bed. In the morning we had a craving for pancakes and walked a short distance to Roosters, a terrific family-run breakfast gem before continuing our drive home.

Parking was tight but the space available was adequate.

This place had the nicest staff - both Mario who checked me in, and the morning guy who saw me leaving at 7:20am...and he hurried over to tell me to come enjoy the breakfast before I left. They were both very welcoming. The rooms are small and it is an older building, but the owners have done a great job with trying to keep them fresh and inviting. The room was clean and nice.

I personally did not like the smell of the cleaning supplies used in the first room, and it was a very strong smell. I was moved to another room which did not have such a strong smell - and Mario was very accommodating and helpful in my request to move.
