It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful and nice.

The pool and hot tub were unavailable there. They did offer the use of a pool at another location but that is not convenient or quite the same. If I had kids with me or we hadn’t already been busy that evening, I would’ve been very unhappy. I find it deceitful to advertise a pool/hot tub and then get to a location and find it’s not working. They should’ve called to let us know. We often only stay at places that have a hot tub because that is our nighttime entertainment.

1. the DESK staff just marvelous! ....very friendly helPful..accomodating...( and all spoke ENglish....hurray!) 2 the pool area and hot tub very luxurious, lovely lottsa light..and Even an outdoor patio with chase lounges!

1. The lobby sitting area not usable as it was full of boxes and pallets stacked everywhere....as were some the hallways and entranceways 2. the cleaning AND breakfast staff did NOT speak or understand English. that was very frustrating when trying to ask for towels or soap...or coffee and more yogurt etc

We had a fairly late check-in. The custom service was wonderful. Actually it was fabulous. All three ppl we dealt with were so kind and helpful. I can truly say probably the kindest we have dealt with our whole trip. As for the cleanliness.... well let me tell you... it was spotless. So much so you could smell the cleaner when entering. It wasn't over powering and smelled very fresh. So clean that we did the UV light test and it passed 100%

Room is a good size, and beds are comfortable. Very clean.

I left a message asking to get a room on the first floor, to avoid stairs at 9.30 am. We checked in at 8.30 pm and nobody got a message. Hotel does not have elevators and we had to manually unload and carry all our luggage downstairs. We are 70, i was disappointed. The water in the sink and the bathtub did not drain. Everything else was great. Comfort suites usually our choice when we travel, but will not return to this one,

Breakfast had a nice variety of foods to choose from. The cold fruit juice was nice as were the waffles. There was cream cheese for the bagels as well as several different toppings for toast and muffins. I didn't try the eggs but others in my group said they were really good. Was super nice to be able to make a fresh home made waffle. The rooms were clean and the fridge was a nice touch. Pool and hot tube were both clean and open. Very nice to have these!

The bed I slept on was a little too soft for me. Next time I will request a firmer bed. I was not impressed by the coffee that was served with breakfast. It tasted like it was either instant coffee or had been burnt, I'm going with it was most likely instant. Our entire group noticed this and we went elsewhere for coffee. I was a bit put aback that I was able to open my room door without using the key. I did let them know at the front desk at checkout. I do hope they listened to that information because I went back to double check it and was indeed able to open the door of room 212 without using a key.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, swimming pool and hot tub and included breakfast. Easy parking and easily accessible from Ashland or Medford.

Undergoing construction while we were there. We also checked-in late and had to get a room in the basement which wasn't ideal (other rooms were getting renovated.) The pillows were surprisingly lumpy and the bed felt more like a full than a queen. But not a big deal!

Good location. Great waffles and good coffee. The staff were very nice. Dog friendly was great.

The pool wasn’t available. A bit more grass around the premises would be nice for the dogs, the nice grass was near room windows so one doesn’t want to walk close!

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn and Suites in Ashland, and had an exceptional experience. I loved how nice and helpful every person working there was. The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable, nice linen and toiletries. Continental breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated that tea was available all day long. It added a special touch to my stay. The swimming pool was also open 24 hours. It made for a very welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is nice in many ways with the rooms being clean and spacious however they are undergoing a major remodel project right now and the room selection is very limited I was put into a handicap accessible room with no bathtub However they have two washers and two dryers for guests that are quite convenient and work for me

The hot tub has been closed for sometime now which is one of the reasons why I like to stay there

It was just comfortable. The front desk staff was so accommodating…re programming our key to changing rooms for my sister. The breakfast place was a wonderful place to meet family and friends. The breakfast space was clean. Thank you The cleaning staff was present and helpful. Again Thank you

That we couldn’t stay longer and I didn’t bring a swimsuit.
