We had a fairly late check-in. The custom service was wonderful. Actually it was fabulous. All three ppl we dealt with were so kind and helpful. I can truly say probably the kindest we have dealt with our whole trip. As for the cleanliness.... well let me tell you... it was spotless. So much so you could smell the cleaner when entering. It wasn't over powering and smelled very fresh. So clean that we did the UV light test and it passed 100%

Breakfast had a nice variety of foods to choose from. The cold fruit juice was nice as were the waffles. There was cream cheese for the bagels as well as several different toppings for toast and muffins. I didn't try the eggs but others in my group said they were really good. Was super nice to be able to make a fresh home made waffle. The rooms were clean and the fridge was a nice touch. Pool and hot tube were both clean and open. Very nice to have these!

The bed I slept on was a little too soft for me. Next time I will request a firmer bed. I was not impressed by the coffee that was served with breakfast. It tasted like it was either instant coffee or had been burnt, I'm going with it was most likely instant. Our entire group noticed this and we went elsewhere for coffee. I was a bit put aback that I was able to open my room door without using the key. I did let them know at the front desk at checkout. I do hope they listened to that information because I went back to double check it and was indeed able to open the door of room 212 without using a key.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, swimming pool and hot tub and included breakfast. Easy parking and easily accessible from Ashland or Medford.

Undergoing construction while we were there. We also checked-in late and had to get a room in the basement which wasn't ideal (other rooms were getting renovated.) The pillows were surprisingly lumpy and the bed felt more like a full than a queen. But not a big deal!

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn and Suites in Ashland, and had an exceptional experience. I loved how nice and helpful every person working there was. The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable, nice linen and toiletries. Continental breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated that tea was available all day long. It added a special touch to my stay. The swimming pool was also open 24 hours. It made for a very welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is nice in many ways with the rooms being clean and spacious however they are undergoing a major remodel project right now and the room selection is very limited I was put into a handicap accessible room with no bathtub However they have two washers and two dryers for guests that are quite convenient and work for me

The hot tub has been closed for sometime now which is one of the reasons why I like to stay there

The room was large and provided ample and useful furnishings. The bed was very comfortable. The housekeeping staff provided ample towels.

The shower stall. It was handicap accessible but had mold around the wall and floor. The shower curtain didn’t keep the floor dry. Shower head dripped all the time. There were only 4 hangers in the closet. The check in staff said they didn’t have any more hangers.

I was surprised by the king suites kitchenette. That is a convenient feature that I don't see in hotel rooms. I liked the separation between the room and living room. The bedroom door was my favorite amenitie in the room. The breakfast was impressive and delicious. The pool was a fun bonus. The heated temperature was perfect to swim in.

100% satisfied. I have no complaints.

Very easy check in. The facilities were clean and the breakfast was good. The room was quite large with two queen beds so we were able to spread out.

We stayed in the basement, which can only be accessed by stairs. It was fine, because we were two fit adults, but I did see folks struggling to get their suitcases and small children up and down the stairs.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly. The room was perfect for a quick overnight stay, and we were pleased with the location, which was right off the freeway. There were two gas stations nearby and that was convenient as we were heading home the next morning and were able to get gas and hop on the freeway.

The door at the end where our room was located didn't close very well. We reported it to the staff that evening and again when we checked out and although they were aware of it was a little concerning since the location is right by the freeway.

Loved the hot breakfast, and lots of other good options. The waffles are tasty. Having a small fridge in our room is very important to us.

The location; and you have no control over that. During our last day, we stayed at the Best Western bar in. It was nice to walk to the Allen Elizabeth and Theater directly from the bards Inn instead of having to drive around looking for a parking space.
