The breakfast as part of your stay is a big reason we stay here when traveling to Ashland. It's just right.

Parking spots are limited and for whatever reason, they have 4 parking spots where bushes have overcome the spots making it very difficult, and not at all with three of them, to park in these spots. It's been for the last 1.5yrs we have been going there through the prior owner and now the new owner. I don't understand why they can't trim the bushes back to make these spots useable when parking is already tight.

Clean and updated. Simple and comfortable. Excellent staff and our room was spacious and well laid out. All the essential amenities are provided. The best little breakfast to start off your day. Parking was decent. I had to iron my son’s graduation gown and there was an ironing board with a decent iron.

The location is a bit odd and tucked away in a cluster of other businesses. However it turns out there were plenty of places to get gas, have food, etc. It was all walking distance. The shower was set up to accommodate mobility issues so there is not lip to keep the water contained in the shower area. Even with the bathmat and shower curtains, the floors got wet.

Upon check-in, Zoe was exceptionally professional, friendly and informative about the area. The room and bed linens seemed clean.

I made a request for a quiet room and was assigned a room facing the adjacent highway (the road noise was noticeable at night) and it connected to the room next door and could hear their conversations. While the property appeared updated, the electrical fixtures appeared VERY dated and revealed the significant age of the property.

The room was clean and well taken care of. I liked how the air conditioning worked and the tv was easy to figure out. Also liked how the bed gave a good pillows and stuff for the bathroom.

Would like maybe better blankets. They felt very thin. Had the morning breakfast and it upset both me and my partners. Also did not like how the employee was annoyed where my room was while other people were standing in the lobby. Just to protect people's safety. If I was staying alone as a young female I would have been more scared.

Breakfast Excellent! Nice pool, hot coffee all the time, friendly staff, snacks available for purchase.

Only one working luggage cart and that upset a lot of people. Also the parking lot had overgrown shrubbery and blocked several parking spots. The parking spots are TOO narrow to park in confidently.

I loved that the rooms were big and clean and it was well stocked. The tv and fridge worked well and the bed was super comfy! Also, the check in clerk was super nice.

The rooms are a little stark... but that's just business practicality. I really needed a nice hotel because I had been driving in 12 hour stints.

Nice and clean, right next to the highway for a quick overnight stop/Go. Friendly staff.

Holiday Inn usually have a nice breakfast. We went to breakfast at eight for the service was until 9:30. The breakfast was poorly stocked and as clean as I am used to at Holiday Inn express.

Clean, right by the freeway, decent breakfast (pancake maker, fresh fruit, bacon, eggs, yogurt, cereal, etc.) pool and hot tub for my kids.

The fitness center was meh— the treadmill wasn’t working (there was only one).

Comfortable bed and covers, quiet room, great staff. They have guest laundry! Housekeeping did not make a lot of noise like they do at other hotels…great if you sleep late.

The breakfast. I really would need an omelette made to order.

The location was great for the purpose of our visit, which was a rafting trip. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and plenty of space for the two of us (we had a room with 2 queens)

The fridge was broken in our room and we had food with us that we had planned to keep cold. That was very disappointing. And they didn’t have a replacement available.
