Incredibly easy to check in. Lovely attentive staff. The fresh chocolate cookies upon our early check-in, most welcomed. Great mattress and lovely linens. Every need was met and while we were in the carriage house south (upstairs) along the road, the noise was minimal, although a white noise machine would be helpful likely for some. The breakfast was simple (eggs, bacon, toast and fresh coffee) but great quality. Check out was seamless. 9.5/10. Would definitely recommend and will return.

Hot water heater in the carriage house needs to be increased in size. One 15min shower and the temperature starts dwindling.

The breakfast was excellent, everything well presented and delicious, with personal table service. The hotel is well kept and curated in keeping with the time period. The bed was comfortable and the linens and towels were good. Service was friendly and efficient, location was great, near the centre without it being noisy. Parking was at the back and secure. There was very good communication with the hotel before we arrived and it was easy to find.

Immaculately kept 1880's era Italianate mansion just 2 short blocks from the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Elegant decor with a casual vibe appropriate for this theatre/university town. There was sherry to sip in the sitting area in the early evening and a wonderful full breakfast in the morning (most days offer 2 seatings). Can't wait to come back - hopefully for more nights next time.

The girls have stayed in several different bed and breakfast hotels in Ashland and this one was their all-time favorite due to it beauty, elegance, thoughtful touches and prime location. The hotel even upgraded their room for no additional charge! Will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for everything.

Great location. Walking distance to the main town center and all theatre venues. Would definitely stay here again. Property was gorgeous, and morning breakfast was amazing.

Historical property and amazing staff.

The location was perfect. The staff was wonderful, attentive and caring. The food was delicious. I will definitely come back and stay at the McCullum House and will recommend to family and friends. Thank you!

This is the best B & B I’ve ever enjoyed staying. Room was comfortable, staff extremely nice and professional, breakfast tasted great, with in easy walking distance to downtown and the amenities were plentiful.

The house has great history and charm. the staff was helpful in talking abut the original owner. The breakfast was delicious and good plated presentation. I had the Benedict with asparagus salad. Loved the biscuit and balanced with the yogurt to start and salad.

Beautifully restored buildings. Conveniently located. Great friendly staff. Large room.

Air conditioner had ticking noise so we turned it off during night. We arrived late and envelope with instructions was not provided so some confusion when checking in.

Charming old mansion with an exceptional staff and service. Located perfectly for walking to everything. Breakfast was lovely and would definitely stay here again.

Our room had a detached bathroom which wasn't ideal, but worked.
