Beautiful roses and great location close to the dance convention I was attending across the street. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. In room hot tub. Large room with arm chairs.

The room was cavelike and dark, with brown and beige decor, and the bedcover a slick uncomfortable polyester that felt bad and kept sliding off the bed.

We have traveled to many places in the USA, usually staying at publicly available lodging. The staff was friendly and quick to offer suggestions and answer any questions. The facilities were clean, well-kept, and comfortable. Breakfast was an ample offering of well-prepared eggs, bacon and pastries. The coffee was good too. The location was near I5 freeway, yet incredibly quiet. This is our top-rated offering after several years of travel.

The room is equipped with a standard height toilet. Traveling seniors would especially enjoy having a higher rise (17 inch seat) model. We have 3 of the 17 inch units at home which makes our rising to a standing position much easier. Our experieance is that the cost premium for such a unit is very small compare to the comfort recieved.

The property has undeniable charm with its half-timbered façade and beautifully mature landscaping. Despite being close to the freeway, it feels like a peaceful oasis. We slept with the windows open instead of using the AC, and while we could faintly hear the freeway in the distance, the sound was soft and far less intrusive than the hum of the air conditioner. One of the greatest perks is the Tesla Supercharger located right next to the hotel - an incredibly convenient feature for EV drivers. Also next door is the Caldera Brewery, which serves a solid selection of beers, including some good sours.

Friendly staff at check in and breakfast. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Plenty of parking. Good location to hit up a show in town. Large gym with plenty of open space for working out. Overall, a good overnight stay while road tripping to Portland. A bit pricey for a class level of hotel, but a good place to stay if can be booked on discount.

Minor issues - Drip coffee at morning breakfast was a bit watered down. Gym dumbbells (fairly standard across hotel chains) are non existent, but lifting machines and treadmill are good enough.

Our room and bed were clean, very comfortable and reasonably quiet. The hot tub is delightful.

The fitness center needs equipment maintenance and cleaning. Several machines are broken/non-functional, and the machines are dusty. Staff removed the coffee urns before the scheduled time was finished for breakfast, frustrating some folks. Why not provide just provide access to coffee all day?

The room was comfortable and clean. The person who checked us in was friendly, professional and helpful.

The parking lot was piled high with snow everywhere including where we parked. It had been 2 days since it had snowed and they had done nothing to remove snow to make it safe to walk around or drive around including where you entered and exited. There was a free breakfast, but we were unable to walk safely from our room to the building where breakfast was served.

Everyone was very friendly at the hotel

I know the pub or bar is not connected to you, we went there for supper, we were very disappointed in the service, took awhile to be waited on & then our supper took forever to get to us & after we just wanted to leave to go back to our room, my husband had to catch her attention to get the bill. She wasn’t very attentive, very slow in coming around to our table & we were the only table in the place everyone else was sitting at the bar. We enjoy stopping at your hotel & will continue to do so in the future. Your breakfast in the morning was wonderful, filled us both up, thank you. 👍👍👍👍

Wonderful people, good breakfast, clean room. I must rate a 10 for the hotel for its service. I accidentally left my clothes in the closet after leaving the hotel for 2 hours. Then called the frontdesk who later helped me to find the items and gave me a suggestion on how to handle it. I had a few follow-up calls to various shifts of the front desk. All nice and kind people no matter what situation. Now I am busy on UPS website to arrange shipment, but they deserve my time to write a 'Thank You' review here! A good stop in Ashland if you need to drop by. BTW, they also have a good restraunt as neighbor, a plus.

Air conditioner a bit noisy. Would be good to improve.

Breakfast was fine.

The room was very dark. Plants along the walkway needed to be trimmed back - they hung over the walkways. Rooms on first floor seemed to be reserved for people with pets. At 80+ years of age I didn’t appreciate the fact I had to lug my suitcase up the stairs to the second floor. I didn’t want a room that had had dogs in it so had to take second floor.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast room was well laid out with lots of places to sit and had a good variety of items to choose from. One pleasant and unexpected item was two benches, one for each suitcase. Also lots of counter and desk space. The desk clerk who checked us in on March 21st, I believe his name was Kevin, worked hard to get us a downstairs room. We will return.

The refrigerator was noisy but not load enough to keep us awake. Other than that there was nothing to not like.
